Say, a mechanic or contacts that are assigned to you or something that keep up the suits and work logistics on missions. Admittedly, I am an optimist. |

I'm pissed if it's gonna be another shoot-loot game like Destiny. Goddamn, is like with that H1Z1 game, now everyone if copying the idea just because it was cool at the moment. And I'm surprised this coming from Bioware, they were a company that made games with a story, even if there is a market for the shoot-loot game, why they have to jump on it? why they couldn't come up with some new RPG game instead of a soulless shooter MMO thing? I mean, we still don't know pretty much anything about the game, maybe is not Destiny 2.5, but I just don't like this whole idea... How do you know it's "soulless"? Do you have access to information we don't yet have? I mean, I assume it's called an action RPG for a reason. I don't. It was just a way of expressing my comment. |

There can still be great characters, even friends or more in the game, without them being companions. I wouldn't like that in DA, but on a new IP. why not. |

Yeah I agree there probably not going to have companions when a lot of people won't see them, so the character work is probably going to go into npcs instead. I'm thinking like Leliana, cullen and josephine in DAI. |

They had David Gaider working on it for a while so I'd like to think there is a good story. Then again, he left BioWare while working on it so maybe that's a bad sign. I'd guess they just stuck him on Anthem for a bit because they knew he was leaving, and it made sense to let Weekes take over at the very beginning of the next DA project. |

Calling it! Minrathous will be a spraaaaaawling city, major quest hub that'll change with main story and will serve as base for us and our party. Most of everything else will be smaller sections available through eluvians. I WANT TO BELIEVE! And what about Kal-Sharok? Stir some of those gorgeous Descent environments together with a nice dense city hub, that would be some fine dwarven craft. And Rivain and Antiva and the necropolis in Nevarra and... okay maybe I'm getting a little too ambitious here. Love me some cities, though.  Omg, stahp. I'm going to pass out. This demo has somehow managed to make me both interested in Anthem and even more excited for the prospect of DA4. Well played, Biovar. Well played. |

I never thought of it that way. I hope Gaider played a big part in writing Anthem before he left. And I hope it isn't a ME3 scenario where he left just before the ending was written. Also a bit of saltiness about "y u not make Andromeda this gud?" on the thread. But on the whole, some really good questions: NerdAppropriateSkill trees? Player Variety? Random weapons with different rarities? Cover system? Aerial combat? Vehicles? Special Move Variety? Pick any! Sean Connell Is there a deep story? Character creation? Dialogue options? Game is gorgeous & looks fun, but nothing that says Bioware to me yet Elias Melhallern Open world? Drop in co op? Similar to Destiny? PVP? Hub worlds? Customization beyond Javelins? Longevity plan? Xplay? DLC models? |

I can be worried about certain aspects of the game. As for now, I'm relieved that they confirmed that they didn't abandon what they're known for: a good story. Other than that, it looks like a beautiful game but I will always raise an eyebrow when I see the word "explore". |
