Will the Asari Clones ever be fixed?

They will never fix it. Let's hope that we will not get army of exactly same looking Quarians in next DLC.

I think that ME2 did best with different faces for salarians and asari.
It's really disappointing that every NPC of that species looks the same. Makes the effort put in ("effort") seem lazy and poor

Um...what footage are you watching? Peebee has a unique face, but every other asari I've seen in the game is a literal clone of Dr. Lexi. It's freaky.

Bringing PeeBee to the Asari ark is a laugh. Three clones arguing over another clone PeeBee acting like a white girl plus a human who thinks shes an Asari huntress.

Honestly, the Asari clone faces are pretty unacceptable for a "triple A" game, this day in age... I'm still surprised it's even a thing, how lazy is that?

It's probably because they are not as genetically diverse as humans, or even cheetahs for that matter.

You haven't gotten to the asari ark yet.  I thought the exact same thing, until I hit that section.  From then on, it's suuuuuuper obvious, horrible, and creepy.



Meh.  MET had no problems with this and they had just as many NPCs--more, if you count the entire trilogy.

Actually, every race in MEA has the same head for all the males, and for all the females, except humans (who have that awful hair--does Bioware really think blonds look like they're wearing piss with strands?)

It's just most obvious because there's limited difference in how they can make asari look different.

If you do not know how this stuff works...
They are not placing NPCs by code, they have some sort of creation kit, and I am pretty sure it is more powerfull then what we got in NWN.
So and since you most likely do not know how this works.... you place an NPC, select its race, which gives it a basic body and then you select a head and the first head is not "null", so headless NPCs are not going to happen.

I wouldn't mind a patch that gave some of the more important female Asari more distinct looks, but for the generic background models, I don't necessarily mind the cavalcade of clones.

Didn't notice the Asari clones nearly as much as "Jim", the male NPC who's everywhere in DAI.
