I doubt it. Maybe for a couple of the more prominent Asari, but it would be a mammoth effort to change it more broadly.

Doubtful. It looks like they just reused the same heads for all the aliens with only surface paintjob differences. Doesn't really matter for most of them, but how they thought that would work with Asari, with human faces, I have no idea. I really hope it has some kind of in game genetic logic to it, but I doubt that it does.

I'm hoping that DLC at the very least have more facial diversity on that front. It's creepy to have every non-Peebee asari have the same exact face. I know people are annoyed when feminine characters don't look "pretty" enough but I'll take a variety of different faces, some of them not being pretty at all, over them all being the same pleasant face. Stepford Wives is considered terrifying for a reason, you know.

usualy all NPCs you place in your world are referenced
usualy the tools to create/edit the world have filters
so finding all the Asari and give them a different model (face) is not that hard and time consuming
and even with this CC abomination we got, I could create 100 different faces in one hour

So, I am not all that negative about this like "like" everyone else. Since, a trainee can do this just fine.

Right until BioWare has the internet jump all over when they miss the fact that an Asari in the game no longer has a head because it was left in the hands of a trainee and it was overlooked.

Yeah but the story is that they over-relied on Cyberscan contrary to the satisfaction of the art team or something like that. It sounds like these things were actually out of the "responsible staff"'s hands.

I suspect that this face was meant for her in the beginning, and they just spread it around to every other asari throughout the universe, save Peebee. If BioWare ever decided to go nuts and actually create like 2-3 different faces to alternate the appearances of the asari, Lexi would probably be the only one left with the original. Hers just looks more…complete, if that makes any sense.

Not for this game but hopefully for the sequel. It is one reason why I hope the sequel is a smaller game overall. With a smaller game they can focus more on detail since they want have to mass produce npcs on a large scale.
