Wow. Absolutely awesome. Well done.

Same here, the tone of these drawings are so mysterious. Like I should be afraid of these aliens, but the invitation to learn more about them is still there.

The last set of images. Now that's alien, see? That's worth getting into the game.

You would think that the turians taught them a lesson: people will want to bang it even if it has a carapace and mandibles. I mean, turians are spiky monsters with beady eyes, sharp teeth and segmented mouth parts that move independently from one another, yet somehow players have been attracted to them. 

Romancing a turian in a video game =/= being attracted to them. Yes, there are people who are (you do you), but for the most part I don't think that's what it's about. They like the personalities of the characters. Personally, I have trouble romancing a non-human even in a video game, but that's just me.

I had Sara romance Jaal on my initial PT. (First BioWare alien romance.  Asari don't count. ) Liam was the plan, but he's so f-ing stupid that he was repellant. I liked Reyes okay, I guess, but I acted with Kadara's best interests in mind, choosing Sloane. I was not going to be denied my "Matchmaker" Trophy, so Jaal it was. His personality and arc are top-notch; but it was still uncomfortable. It's just gross, to me.

If they'd had a human arc with all of the great content of Jaal, I'd have been super impressed. It's all very good, and blends with all the rest of his story arc very well. (Half of it is his regular arc, with changes, I guess.) Too icky, though. I have 100% of the trophies, now, so no more dirty compromises.

The sex and species is pretty much a non-issue for me in Bioware games. For me it's the stroytelling and the emotional investment I can make in the relationship.

There's some awesome art in there! Concept art is always pretty fascinating.  

How in sam ()uck did we get the gayest looking aliens with concept ideas like that.....😂

I'm always a fan of early concept art for a game. It gives an idea of the process involved of bringing characters to the screen. Same goes for scifi movie concept art. Shit's fascinating.

I hope they do better in future as they don't look very good to me.
