Happy 200+ pages guys!  I just realised I've been logged in all day and hardly contributed :')Found this on tumblr today. Ofc take it with a huge grain of salt but it's got me wondering... Hmm... not sure how to interpret this. He won't leave you, so I'm assuming that's the "no. god no." Only thing I can think of is he's straight. A downer, but eh I'll get over it. I think the "no, god no" is more related to "he was the origin of the BreachApocalypsis, he is a god, he leaves you and cuts off your arm". So, probably Jaal is not guilty of our conflict with the Kett, probably Jaal is not a god (pity) and probably he won't leave us or cut significant pieces of our bodyparts  |

All threads evolve. I remember first pages of Peebee's thread were about she was ugly, her design is awful, she is Shrek etc. However, the more information was released about her, the more things about Peebee were discussed. The way I see it, the problem with Cora's Thread is, rather than evolve, the discussion is circular: 1) During a couple of pages/posts , Cora's hair and facial features (including jawbones and else) are highly discussed as "they are wrong". Other people defend Cora's design. 2) A couple of pages/posts about her character (if she is or she is not related to someone, her powers, possibly her role in the game, her romance, fanart). 3) Then someone says something about the hair and all again goes to point 1) There is no problem per se. It's good all of us we have different opinions about design and character features. The debate is good and we have to feel free to talk about it as we wish. But. If there is no evolution in what we speak about the character, it becomes very annoying to read. IMO, re-open "the Women are ugly" thread could be a way to Cora's hair and facial features haters could vent. And I freaking hate that thread to death, but now it could be useful. We could call it "the people are ugly" so that way it would be less openly misogynist and gender-targeted  |

I don't understand  Are you wondering about which one of the two siblings people are gonna play? In that case you have this poll: bsn.boards.net/thread/3606/who-play?page=10190 votes for Sara, 170 for Scott. The interest is pretty similar for one sibling and the other, pretty similar to 50/50 ratio (55/45 maybe?) However, if you are wondering about how many women will play MEA you should make another poll If Mass Effect is a traditionally male oriented game or not is irrelevant regarding to which sibling you play with. Some men prefer to play with female protagonist, some women prefer to play with a male protagonist In addition, I don't think the data provided by Bioware in 2012 are a good reflection of Mass Effect fanbase now, five years later.  So... make a poll AND LET THE GAME NUMBERS BEGIIIIN!!! For each girl that plays Mass Effect you have 10 boys playing it. Of those 10 boys more than half play male for sure. Ah, ok, if you say so... The sooo many times I tried to just talk to Jacob... Shepard's voice was just... not how a friend who is dating Garrus should be talking! Gay (or just not interested) male Shep in ME2 is the worst a.k.a. the most hilarious. There's basically a "point of no return" for the three gals (Miranda, Tali, Jack) where you just have to stop talking to them because all conversation choices lead to banging lol Not sure if FemShep has the same problem. Yep, it happened to me with Jack AFTER THE SUICIDE MISSION??? LOL |

So the people obsessed with man-jaws, ugly women, SWJ agenda into videogames, Illuminati etc could vent and let the official character's threads for interesting conversations, fanart, debates and such.

THat would be goooood. I would rather her be someone besides Shepard so there isn't this big comparison between video game shepard and tv shepard. Why not do a series prequel to the trilogy or something set 600 years into the future? And to everyone saying GOT got worse and then said it has too much nudity and cursing, rewatch the first season which was word for word from the books and compare it to the last two seasons. The nudity and excessive profanity has dropped tremendously. First. Contact. War. The best TV series ever made for ME Universe. The better way to attract new audience into Mass Effect Universe. To show them the races for the very first time. The only problem I see, all the CGI for all the aliens. |

If they were to do this it would be better to do an entirely new story that doesn't even reference Shep and company in a way that would canonize any choices the player makes during the trilogy. Though personally I'd rather it be on Netflix or something, just because HBO is an awful service in Canada if all you care about is watching Game of Thrones on your PC. Dalinne agrees. So the thiiiis issss incredible voice might be him after all? I still think it is and will assume so until told otherwise. It's deep, kind of cool sounding, and African accented which we know his voice actor does. Not that I'd care if it turned out that wasn't him, since I haven't gotten attached to any voice idea for him, but it just seems the most likely to me. Aaryn said we haven't heard his voice yet. Aaryn talked like he wasn't sure if they'd revealed it or not. With everything moving so fast, it wouldn't be that weird if he forgot they had two little lines with Jaal's voice back in November 2016. I suppose only time will tell either way! I hope the voice of "this iiis increeedible" and "I haaaave a bad feeeeeling" wasn't Jaal. I can get use to it, but my first impression was the guy speaking was dying with some lung problem and he barely could breathe  |

I enjoyed ME3 Kaidan WAY more than ME1 and ME2 Kaidan. 100% less whining. He doesn't whine! ...in ME1, only in ME2  But really, I'm really really excited with her. Kaidan in ME3 is simply great, he has loosen up a little and he has his great moments. Leviathan ROCKS. And Citadel is fantastic. I think she is good balancing the drama, the funny moments and the plot-heavy outcomes. |

Somehow they managed to make something even more desirable than the Drell, which was designed to please the ladies. I'm still the odd one here who won't romance him or anyone on my first run and is just excited to form friendships lol I am actually not chomping at the bit to romance him. I myself am just hoping that he will be a great character and a great friend. I'm sure he will be. I'm getting noble vibes from him. Not noble as in he's a prince or something (although who knows, they probably did that too. 'Oh let's make him even more perfect and swoon-worthy...BAM he's also a prince!' Looool). But noble in a chivalrous way. Someone level-headed and kind, but also not a pushover. Someone who is a great listener. Actually... Princes and noble-born characters are not for me  I'm more into lower class characters. They can be as gentle as the princes. Also they know dancing  |

But for real, I'm digging that the Angaran "thing" seems to be bright colors. I think that's pretty cool! They're so big and bulky that they could have gone with a more gritty design and color scheme, but they didn't. I wonder if this is supposed to tie in with the idea that they're meant to be a friendly race? Bright things tend to have a happy effect on people. SPACE HIPPIES I'M CALLING IT!!! |
