I didn't mean as rendering a woman accurately, as in she can't look good, but as accurately compared to the model. So far, Liam and Scott looks closer to their models then Sara. But I think for her we have to wait and see the next trailer, since Scott changed quite a bit. Cora's model can also be another person so the point is moot. I just don't think she looks really that similar to that woman, if she's her model. It doesn't meant she's not attractive or pretty though. As I said before, I like her. No I mean that as a society we routinely examine how women look in far more detail, so if we had two equally good male and female models based on real people, we'd likely pick up on the flaws more easily on the woman than the man. I agree on that. I don't see Sheploo model's identical to Shep at all. I see the inspiration, but the limitations of the engine where you scan the model is obvious. The same as Miranda's model scan. Shep model's scan is not better than Miranda's. As yourfunnyuncle says, it's more about our scrutiny. |

Well she did spend some time with an Asari huntress squad, I imagine it's very hard for any woman to come out of that experience 100% straight. I honestly don't see the logic of it. If you're a straight woman or gay man, it's not like being among asari has to turn you into bisexual. If Cora is bisexual, she was before and regardless of that experience. Also, if Peebee is a romance, there's almost zero chance Cora is bisexual as well. No, you are right... ....BUT... ...if you are not straight to begin with, maybe you can drop some anecdote to let Sara know about you like women too blueskin, Cora  |

I posted this before but I'll post again. Here's a page of voice samples of his. It seems like he likes going a little lower than his natural pitch, which would suit Jaal. Yep But the thing is, playing as FemShep you had to cut him off very harshly in order to stop the flirting  (also, you lose a lot of his background doing so) At least when Liara confess her undying love you can tell her you are not interested and you prefer to be friends with her |

They want to keep romances secret this time. Not gonna lie, that annoys me, but I'd be less annoyed about it if is was done across the board. But no. With yesterday's trailer, they revealed that Cora is available to Scott. Which means that people interested in straight romance with Cora have the satisfaction of knowing that they can romance her the way they like. Meanwhile people interested in gay romance with Cora are left up in the air, wondering if they can romance her the way they like or if they are getting their hopes up for nothing. This goes for all the other potential LIs as well. Fans of Liam, Peebee, Vetra, Jaal, etc are left not knowing, meanwhile guys know they can romance Cora. They want players to play the game, get their hopes up and then get rejected after hours of gameplay. I don't know about you, but that certainly doesn't sound like fun to me. If they wanted to keep them secret, they should keep them all secret. If they are going to reveal some, they should reveal them all. Of course they can and will do what they want, but it sucks that it isn't the same across the board. The good thing about being european and having the game two days after the USA release is... the list of romances probably will be out thanks to the fans  |

I won't lie. They, the Angaran, look way cool and I'm pumped to kick alien booty with them, or at least Jaal. I... kinda want them to keep the clothing on though. I don't want to kiss something just because it has a pair of lips and two eyeballs with cool colors. Which is all Jaal is to me at the moment since we know next to nothing about his personality, quirks, attitudes or feelings about particular things. I find it a bit weird that people are swooning over him already??  By association. A lot of ladies immediately identify him with Garrus. I look at him and think Zenith, and well, that's one romance I wanted to get for a few years. Most romanced characters are not unpleasant in Bio games, unless there are tons of options like in SWTOR. Here, we seem to only have two males, so Bio unlikely to make him an annoying, disgusting, pittiful, etc, While I know that gay guys did not get any alien romances save for Cytherat, female PCs also did not get many non-humans either. There was only Zevran, Aric, Thane and Garrus in the games I've played... and, well, I don't like romancing humans, so.. Jaal is pretty much the only one we've seen as an actual option. I swoon for any character (ketts, turians, humans, quarians, drells, Cora, Liam, Vetra, Peebee... Drack is too much like an old Grandpa. That saves him). In my case it's nothing to do with "Garrus" or a "Garrus type". I don't expect to have a "Garrus" because in that case, writing department would have failed in order to make a good new character. Jaal looks awesome and attractive. Get over it. If then when I play I find his character boring or hateful, if his personality or voice acting doesn't appeal to me, I won't romance him because of his looks. The same with the rest of the human character. It's a videogame and I roleplay as I was reading I book I would like to write. The most awesome, interesting, attractive character gets to be the LI of my protagonist, regardless of their gender, age or homegalaxy |

I hope the blue thing isn't the other gay romance option. I'm not immediately attracted to Liam but I wouldn't kick him out of bed either. But Kaidan is way more my type. I don't get those vibes at all. Certainly not the Miranda being like Cora, other than they're both biotics and seem to have similar jobs for their respective missions. Cora seems like a much warmer and more open individual than Miranda was, for a start. Keyword: was. She warms up considerably once you prove you live up to your reputation and start getting shit done (including rescuing her sister). Cora might start out the same way, given she was apparently in line for the Pathfinder job after DadRyder. Nepotism's a bitch you know? It's more about her attitude about US, it's more about her attitude in general, in the briefing, her voice and her posture and soft smile. She is way warmer than Miranda / Cassandra only by her attitude and body language. |
