Joined a game in progress at Wave 4 and I only received 23,500 credits; not the usual 55,000. It looks like credits received is now like ME3MP where it is based on how many waves that YOU actually complete and not what wave the team made it to.

I stopped joining rooms in progress before this change....mainly because my assumption was always someone dropped from a laggy room and I was getting sent into a shitty connection.
Now I REALLY have no incentive to join a room in progress. While I understand the change, I'm also making the decision not to join these rooms.

Yeah, just posted about a game where I crashed in wave 7, and got ~50k credits afterwards. Why wasn't it like this from the fucking start? This is good for people who crashes/disconnects. But for joining a GIP, this is a mess. Only received 15 k for playing the last 3 waves in a Kett game (5-7), the hardest waves while almost soloing the devices during wave 6. For joining a wave 7 GIP I got absolutely nothing. Even though I extracted, used 2 gels and revived fallen teammates. Sorry, this is crap. In 3 the reduced payout for GIP was at least transparent. Extraction bonus and the payout for each participated objective wave. |

This doesn't punish or disincentivize late joins in any way. You just no longer get paid for the fruits of others' work. I know. 1. I will be annoyed everytime I get dropped in on-going games now. 2. I won`t use any consumables for them. That`s all. It`s just annoying. but I guess some people are OK when they are losing out from new change. I guess I am OK too. I just have to avoid them. |

They seem able to track score just fine if you crash and rejoin, so I suppose as long as you don't miss an entire wave, I'd hope they could apply the same tracking to credits. |
