Hopefully, you're right that it has a future. I'd like to see a sequel come out to progress this story further. Regardless, I know I've enjoyed it enough to keep replaying it for quite awhile yet. Otherwise, time will tell.

If it is trolling, it might backfire. Seems the internet tides are turning as more people get fed up with the niche groups mene spamming it all the time.
Seeing the same swing with Inquisition as more and more people are willing to post in all time favourite discussions. I've even seen trollfaq's armour cracking as there are actual positive posts regularly. Refreshing to see the quiet gamers finally get sick of the childish trolling across the internet and refusing to let them monopolise the discussion anymore.
By the way: fully agree. Andromeda is only behind Inquisition this gen. Truly magnificent game that wasn't afraid to change tones and be FUN.

I liked Andromeda as well. Flawed? Sure, it's pretty flawed, but it's not the worst game of all time like the youtube comment whiners and metacritic user scores make it out to be. I really hope they continue to build on the characters in sequels. (Peebee was my favorite)

More of a pleased thumbs up, than a party with balloons, but yes, enjoyed myself (and not done yet).  Like Dragon Age 2, I think its following will recover somewhat. Particularly if any of the characters are reused in the future, or if BioWare do eventually drop some awesome DLC as they did with DA2. |

I was actually surprised how much I liked the crafting. I wasn't keen on it in DAI, but once you get into it in MEA, it's so fun to try out different mods and whatnot. I was afraid in the beginning in March to craft anything with augmentations because I thought it was permanently lost. Thankfully, I figured out that when you dismantle the gun, you get it back so I can put it in the upgrade. That reminds me, I'm at 160 out of 200 supplies to open from MP in SP. Hmm, might open it in my NG+. I was so happy when they added the "Collect all" button to the APEX crates in SP. I do some APEX on my phone, and when there was 50 or so things to collect, going one at a time was torture. That, besides the eyes, has been my favorite "fix" so far. Love it! |
