I doubt they'll say anything interesting on the dlc front. They'll continue to say, "we can't talk about." If they're asked directly, they legally have to answer their investors question. If they haven't decided one way or the other they don't have to give a definitive answer to an investor. Obviously, since they put out a second trail and started sending out surveys they're gathering information about how they want to proceed with the game. If someone asks them about DLC, they can definitely say they can;t answer that right now, and will have more info in the future, or something along those lines. |

Doubtful. ME:A's financials would have mostly been captured in FY17 Q4. This is a FY18 Q1 report. Still odd that they avoided MEA. I mean they could have still talked stats like avg number of people playing MP and how popular it is. Or how many total hrs has been locked into the SP campaign etc. I mean they could have mentioned SOMETHING. This is the ME brand we are talking about, not some 1bit title that wasnt really expected to push anything but Mass Effect! It's an investor call, not a fan call. They're not going to talk about any of that. If they were they would do it for BF1 or SIMs, or one of their straight up online games like Titanfall, but they don't often go into specifics on these things unless it's financially related. |

If it sold 3.5 million that is not bad and is really good, but if they were expecting 5 million then while 3.5m is good, it still wasnt what they projected. So in regards to DLC, if they were going off the assumption that it would make 5m and budget DLC based off that revenue, then it completely changes things if it only sold 3.5mil But it is nice for them to mention MEA but that still brings us back to square one which is....when/where is the DLC? |
