Yes, if you dig around in CC, there's that model, and one Asian model, and everyone uses those two models because the rest come straight from Walmart. So, by that token this is unattractive as it doesn't use either of those presets: That's the same as your last pictures. Your own Ryder twin!

Regarding the example of Yennefer... you know she's wearing a glamour right? She used to be a hunchback before she became a sorceress. Not sure if the games ever mention this detail, but it is canon in the books. Well, there's still Ciri. Ciri and Trish are babes.

Attraction is a subjective thing. To you someone may not be attractive enough, but to another person they are the most attractive person on the planet. Both views are equally valid. Traditionally attractive then. Tits and ass and pecs and abs and biceps, chiseled jaws, etc. Thats what sells. Sara Ryder types do not. Maybe to some, but not the masses. Many countries have different views on what's traditionally attractive.

Though interesting how your mind apparently immediately jumped to those who have different views being primitive in comparison to you.

I think you edit your post as Hanako said it makes you sound like countries who are poorer have primative views. Not to mention it's offensive towards people in these forums who may live there.

Both Cora and Cassandra are attractive, badass, extremely driven and could easily kick the protagonist's ass in a heartbeat. What's not to love about that?

Please, show me a westernized country with an atypical view of beauty. Where is this country where Gal Gadot is considered ugly, where Baywatch is frowned upon because of how unattractive its cast is (that's not due to religious beliefs). I'll wait.

They don't look like twins. Presets 3 and 9 if I recall. I would have preferred a more free form creator though to be honest, but you can still produce something decent. Obviously not up to the high standards expected of the studmuffins who populate this thread though.

Do you suppose there was some sort of backwards reference to the notion that not finding eye candy in your favorite flavor in a video game is a first world "problem" buried in there?

I am not sure which presets those Ryders are, but okay, here is fairly different looking Ryder Though this debate is kind of pointless, because it does come down to opinion. Suvi is one of, if not the prettiest woman in Bioware game to me. Peebee is adorable too (face smear included), Cora looks great, Sloane despite being older looks quite attractive, even Foster Addison doesn't look bad, even if her makeup does (but it was subdued in patch so it's not as distracting as before), but The Witcher games suffer from terrible makeup choices too.

I don't see any countries complaining about the looks of female characters in BioWare games. Just a few individual malcontents.

yes, me too. I actually find the females on the screenshots from W3 scary looking because of how drawn/predatory and heavily made-up their faces are, particularly around their eyes. They are just too harsh looking for me to call beautiful. think the main women of TW3 are beautiful. Might as well say Geralt is handsome. People see beauty differently . That was in direct response to rhetorical question if anybody can possibly not think they are not gorgeous. Just shows that tastes differ. I also do not find Geralt attractive, and he is the only look of the protagonist. If I am playing him, even if he were attractive to me personally, I'd see no other male whose look, attitude, capability and demeanour is created to be attractive/tiltilating rather than be a comic relief or a supplicant. He does not even get a sexed up grand opponent/rival.

Ah, so now not only do they have to be modern nations but they have to be Western nations. I guess literally more than half the world's population doesn't count. What's next, only white nations? Edit: And apparently religious people(you know, most people on the planet) don't count either.

Because the majority of people playing Mass Effect are from the west. It's not exactly climbing up the sales charts in Asia or Russia. Religion is a cancer and it's only effect on beauty would be in how it marginalizes women. That kind of "beauty" I can live without.

Just fess up: the only people whose opinion you think matters are those who share yours. Everyone else you're excluding because you think their opinions are lesser than yours. You're trying to objectify your subjective view and force the world to suit you.
