My first play through it's all I could play and it never left my PS4.
Sadly since then my opinion on the game as slipped down and it's hard to even want to go back to the game now to do a second play through.

I do enjoy my subsequent playthroughs a lot. Nothing can beat the initial wonder and excitement of a first playthrough, so I wouldn't say that I definitely enjoy later playthroughs more, but being able to control the pacing (in leaving out stuff that isn't critical for the main path or that one simply didn't like the first time) really lets me enjoy the game multiple times. Also being able to play a totally different character from an ability standpoint (played a mix between biotic, vanguard and engineer the first three playthroughs, while focusing solely on an engineer/infiltrator mix in my fourth) is a lot of fun IMO.
After going mainly with singularity, charge and energy drain the first few runs, I had a blast going with tactical cloak, incinerate and energy drain in my last run. I always focus on maxing out powers and passives, so I still have a lot of combinations left that I could try in further playthroughs.

I didn't even bother with a second run.
That's one of my biggest gripes with this game, tbh. When I played games like DA:I, DA:O or ME2, I felt tempted to start a new playthtough and try out different combinations of choices immediately after finishing them.
With MEA? No such thing. I finished it and felt completely and utterly done with the game. There was nothing left to explore anymore for me.
MEA's choices have little to no impact, and the storyline is almost completely linear. The only reason to replay the game that I can think of is because of different romances, but that's just not enough to incite me.
