It’s funny I never saw the person tied up in the bed? Is it conditional on if you side with gaspard?

I know they don’t have to say or do anything but would be nice if we got clarification on if there was a future game

If it's the scene I'm thinking of then it's something you can come across during your exploration of Halamshiral during the Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts quest.

You have to have the five halla to get into Celene's bedroom. This is also a requirement to get the triad ending where you blackmail all three into working together.
