Hahne-kedar is the best armour to mix and match for 5 of the classes. Save for Vanguard, only the that armour that boosts melee damage works for Vanguards. I always considered the actual benefits of each armor set to be rather negligible in ME3. That percentage boost of any given perk doesn't really seem to give me a meaningful difference in how effectively I kill things, even on higher difficulty. I'm basically in it for the look. Speaking of things that looks cool, what really got under my skin was that you could not replace the N7 on Shepards armour in ME 2 and 3. I always wanted to use my own logo.😬

I haven't touched the game in a long time since most of it's been spent in Elder Scrolls Online, but I've been having renewed interest, mostly because of dat gunplay MEA managed to nail pretty well. But I know if I try to get back into it, it's just gonna be depressing knowing the game isn't supported at all anymore. Anyone else still playing through the story to this day? Have there been some minute updates that weren't hyped or has the content patching really been officially ceased for good like they said? I've lost count of the number of playthroughs I've done for MEA my guess would be about 9 or 10.

Yeah I've done 8 and I do have more planned but I'm breaking away from the Bioware games atm to play a few other things but I do have more planned. As I have 2 more Sara's planned and an idea for a Scott playthrough I want to do as well.

I just started another playthrough for the anniversary. It said the last time I played was at the end of August, so enough time has passed for me to play again (on a different difficult, and make different choices).

Yep, I'm still doing playthroughs (and partial replays of playthroughs)... and I'll probably keep doing them for a long, long time to come. I'm still finding out lots of new and different things about this game. Changing this and that to find out how it affects the dialogue and romance options. I'm also still experimenting with different weapons and weapons augments. Heck, I'm still learning about new combinations of powers and learning about how allocating the skill points differently affects how the combat feels even when using the same skills. There's plenty here yet to keep me interested.

I started another playthrough not too long ago. The prologue is, in my eyes, the biggest slog in the entire game.

I don't mind the protagonist (or one of the protagonists) dying, but I do mind when they die an unnecessary death, just for reasons (writer chose to kill him), like the ending of I Am Legend

I feel that the prologue highlights many of the games strengths. Storywise I am fairly indifferent to the prologue, but map design I think it is my favorite for it has the feeling of being an open world game, but at the same time there is structure and flow to it and that design is what Dragon Age: Origins felt like to me as well.

I think I tried like dunno, 6 or 7 Inquisition playthroughs to at least finish the game once and still never finished one, so I don't see myself wasting my time on trying Inquisition 2.0 to be honest, not even a pirated copy.

i think i started 9 or so PTs, think i've finished 7, or there abouts. that includes ng+ runs. and i do plan on playing through some more, i've just got a few other things to play around with first (right now mainly stellaris & FO4 currently). and with PoEII do to release in a few days, don't think i'll get back to ME:A for a bit, at the least.

The only clue is from characters saying he died and the Carlyle guy saying he died of like a hero. No, and I've often theorized that the lack of body, and Ryder's almost showing no emotion over his apparent death, suggests otherwise. Of course, we'll probably never know because EA doesn't seem especially interested in ME, or at least MEA.

Of course, we'll probably never know because EA doesn't seem especially interested in ME, or at least MEA. I agree. I think he's been captured by the Kett and the Archon extracted the image of Alec communicating with the Remnant device from Alec's own mind. It's really the only source for that image that the Archon had. However, since Alec had transferred SAM to Ryder, the information the Archon got was not usable. Alec's motivation for the transfer may have had less to do with saving Scott/Sara than it had to do with saving SAM and keeping him out of the Archon's hands. We also don't know what information Alec may have received from the Remnant device (but we do know that he's the only one who ever communicated DIRECTLY with a remnant (per discussion Ryder has with SAM about that inside the Eos vault). The Remnant may have warned Alec about the Archon.

I started another playthrough not too long ago. The prologue is, in my eyes, the biggest slog in the entire game. My only complaint with the prologue is the lack of a active save system. Sometimes I just have time to get things rolling, and I don't want to rely on there maybe being a well timed auto save to have me avoid a section of replay.

Having such a big roster in the end made it a bit unmanageable anyway. I was happy just to get those goodbyes via holo for the ME2 team. I don't see a problem why Sam or Steve couldn't be in the hangar as the door opens when Shepard gets there to say a few words. Jack and Miranda I can understand, though it wouldn't be that hard. Have them in the area and run towards the Normandy when they see it approach the beam. Had ME3 been given more time, that might have happened Steve maybe but not Sam. Steve is combat trained she isn’t and that wouldn’t be safe.

I would've like to see more emotional scenes and dialogues from both, not just standing still and talking like nothing happened.... The theory is interesting, would like to see something like that and more of Alec because he wasn't very much in the game( wanted more screentime).
