I love those quests. Though I’m the type that does all quests even the trivial ones. *points to the divines shrines Quest in Oblivion. As much as I railed against Andromeda, I HAD to finish ALL the tasks and the quests.....i think something is wrong with me, but i don't feel right unless i finish all of them.... ......now there was an exception.... years ago in GTA "San Andreas".....there was this mission that involved flying a remote controlled airplane?.... ......LAWD HAMMERCY, i must have played that mission over 50 times before giving up on it....i could not clear that mission.....luckily it wasn't required to progress the story, but that was one of THEE most ANNOYING missions i have ever played.... loved that game. Hell this handle is from that game. One of the radio spots. We have a oglock here. Man, that's O G Lok. I spelled it out how it sounded to me, not how the game spelled it and its crazy that to this day I'll have people in MP games yell out to me, that's O G Lok.

I still play it, because I do enjoy the game. I love Mass Effect, something about the GAME really appeals to me, in ways that I don't think I can put into words; I know that sounds mushy, but that's just how I feel. I know they put the series "on ice" but I still hope for an Andromeda sequel. This is how I feel about ME1 & MEA - Theres just something there in the atmosphere that I cannot put word on to. They both appeal to me like crazy, so much I see flashes from them in "regular life" so to say, and I'm sad I'll never live "there" in that time... melancholy?

I'm in the midst of PT#13 or 14. Only 10 of those were completed 100%, due to bugs. Still, #11 is nearly one per month. That's actually kind of crazy. This is my first PT since last summer.

I'm going through it at least once more since I accidentally got kicked out of my XBLive account while in the middle of my Insanity playthrough and reset the difficulty. This is the second NG+, so I have the advantage that combat is less treacherous with all my leveling and crafted weapons, and I'm free to focus on the main storyline and will faff with the side missions after I get the achievement.

Usually it takes me about a month or two to finish a ME or BioWare RPG. Granted too its been about two with their more 'open' games like MEA or DAI. Also that rule I think tends to work for some of the other OW or Open World ish games I have been playing like Ghost Recon. We'll have to see how long HZD takes me when we get there.

I am still in my sixth playthrough. First for the PS4, the rest were on the One. I might blow some minds here, but I stopped playing Horizon Zero Dawn halfway through to finish my sixth playthrough. I was enjoying HZD, but I did in fact stop to play Andromeda again. Ahem. It's true.

MEA feels like it has no future and so it's harder for me to work up interest in replay. It's like an unfinished story that won't get an ending.

How many times played counts:
ME1 - 16 times ME2 - 13 times ME3 - 12 times - 24 hours in multiplayer, just way too awful MEA - 2 times, 3rd coming soon (so long game) 1300 hours in multiplayer
DAO - 3 times DA2 - 2 times DAI - 3 times (so long game with all the DLC's) - over 30 hours in multiplayer and continues rising, changed from me3mp to this. much better.

I've accrued 800 or so hours in MEA (a bit less than half in MP,) but probably lost interest in the story and companions (except for Drack) by the end of PT #2. Since that point I continue to replay for the combat, which is about the most fun I've had from any game I've played. Though I've probably gotten more mileage because I refuse to use the profile system (it's just dumb in concept and dumb in execution), preferring to stick with more traditional class builds...and my personal favorite of the high-risk, high-reward Vanguard (I do enjoy a biotic charge to the Architects head).

I don't have any exact numbers, but ME3 is the most-played game in my library, with DA2 not far behind both likely in the dozens over the past few years so far. I've started and restarted so many times it's ridiculous. Certain narrative issues (as well as audio bugs) in ME2 kept me from replaying as often, and ME1's clunky unsatisfying combat made it hard to revisit as often also. As much as I love Inquisition, that it just takes me so much longer to complete guarantees I'll never finish it as often.

I haven't bought into the world they've set up yet, but what's weird is that normally isn't an issue. With games it takes A LOT for me to actually dislike something. With Horizon it's more... ambivalence so far.

You're catching up to me on the ME front and, as I recall, it wasn't all that long ago when you first started playing it. Over last 4 years (in full retirement), I've probably dumped about 1500 hours each into ME1, 2 & 3 and probably about 700 hours into ME:A. I have finally got copies of all three of the DA games, but have been, for some reason, just not been inclined to start the playtrhough yet. I'm currently doing 8th playtrhough of ME:A and also still a first playthrough of Assassin's Creed Origins and just started one of Assassin's Creed Syndicate (which was recently free on Xbox Live Gold). I've been spending a lot of time playing Minecraft lately as well.

Nice haven't got round to any new playthroughs of MEA for a while but that's moer because I've kind of gone back to my sports games more lately mostly playing my F1 games currently doing a season on the 2015 game before I start a new career on F1 2016. I'm currently about half way through my 18th or 19th playthrough (as my latest quizzy is currently stuck in the fade at Adamant) I think now of DAI starting to lose count mostly because I just enjoy playing so I don't worry about how many I've done. I also recently started a new run of the trliog ybut s ofar Eden Prime on ME1 is about as far as I've got there so far as I've only got round to doing the first mission on that on my latest run so far. Once I've don my trilogy run though I probably will go back to MEA. I know I'm closing in on 20 DAI playthrough's now anyway and 10 MEA runs just need another 2 or 3 runs in each of the 2 games. I do have more characters planned for each game so getting past that should be easy.

I always loved it, but it reached a new level with "Ultra Hard", which feels like a true Normal to me. UH fits the setting and lore better, in terms of enemy behavior and threat.

I'm currently doing a PT on DA:I for the Xbox One. I was going to do a PT HZD: The Frozen Wilds for the PS4 but I lost interest in the DLC. I'll probably do another ME:A on PS4 after I finish DA:I.

Looking back at my save counts.
ME1: 5 PT (+1 Console PT) ME2: 35 PT ME3: 10 PT (still about 1,500 hours because of MP and still playing MP if I want to shoot things) MEA: 4 PT (about 900 hours mostly SP because I didn't like the gun dump of one of the last patches) *Note: I think I got more out of replaying ME2 and ME3 because of the fixed classes, with Andromeda it didn't feel the same with the classless system.
DA:O: 3 PT DA2: 2.5 PT DA:I: 3 PT (thinking about a fourth)
The interesting thing is the one BioWare game that I only played once was Jade Empire and people keep begging for more, but my understanding is that it was a financial flop, even though it was a critical success. Its funny, I played it once using a friends Xbox copy, but I have bought it three times, once on Steam that never worked, once on Origin and played for about a hour, and once for my phone which I have gotten about five hours into.

Never played Jade Empire, but Andromeda is the first Bioware game I've only had a desire to play once. Even the first Mass Effect, clunky as it is, I've done about 7-8 playthroughs of, and still will if I feel like doing a full trilogy run.
ME 1: 7-8 playthroughs (this is debatable, since I started one, then started a new one after learning how much I screwed up). ME 2: Lost count after my 25th. ME 3: Lost count after my 30th. ME A: 1
DAO: Lost count after my 12th. DA 2: Lost count after my 13th. DAI: Lost count after my 11th.
Even both KotOR and the two PC Baludr's Gate games I still run through, and have lost count how many times I've played them. I can still recite the entire opening scene fleeing Irenicus' dungeon in BG 2. Despite only having done one playthrough of Andromeda, it's still not a bad game, just average. And I will still encourage anyone to play it that hasn't. ...I recently got it brand new on clearance for $12 for the Xbox One (played it originally on PS4, but wanted mods for Skyrim and Fallout, and to play the OT again). So....I may do one again...who knows? I haven't touched it post patch 1.03 or 1.04, so who knows if I'll give it another go?

Just finished a 2nd playthrough. But it's not fair to compare because I'm a completionist and I could finish the entire trilogy in the time it takes me to do one playthrough of ME:A! And it's only a year since release.
I had a great feeling afterwards this time because I knew there would be no DLC so no disappointment, and I knew how to complete missions to avoid planet hopping too much. I was able to appreciate the main story and its mysteries more and I really feel like it's on par with the trilogy, it's just the execution and writing that were uneven.
It was definitely a more wholesome experience, but now I wonder how much better it would be if I did a playthrough focusing only on the most important missions and then doing those less important tasks after the epilogue. However, it might mean losing out on many missions at the Nexus/Hyperion, and combat might be kind of hard because you couldn't level up as much (I finished at 70 or something). But I feel like this game would be quite awesome if it was played through faster focusing on the main story. I never felt like I wanted to continue with missions in the MET after the finale, but in Andromeda it would be nice if there was something else to do apart from checking out if there is any different environmental dialogue.
