Though with the right vallaslin, some elves do look faintly bearded. How would you feel about a really stacked elf (who’s as much an outlier from average elves as Bull is from average vashoth) with one of the beardier vallaslin? There wouldn’t be the sensation of hair, but the look might be there. Like Nightscrawl said, there's also body hair (I use variation 2 for Hawke from this mod, so you know I like a lot of it). I mean, it's not like I'm expecting BW to change elves, I'm pretty much okay with not ever finding any elf LI attractive. Still got 3 other races. Also, is Bull really an outlier? I think it's more about asset reuse. The same way Hawke and Blackwall seem to be one of the very few husky human men.

I am sure elves have body hair. At least in my mind they do I used to be put off by the thought of elves having beards, but playing in TES fandom has warmed me to elves with beards. An elf can still be androgynous and cute yet have to shave (if he wants). I like the androgyny of the traditional elven race and would hate to see that changed (particularly when DAI offers a variety of nice, traditionally masculine body types in races like dwarves, qunari, and humans).

Too bad for all those people who like really lanky guys with body/facial hair, huh. Humans are always pretty buff and built in-game.

Someone is planning and assembling all the delicate gearwork in their machines, and unless they’ve got a lot more elven converts than I thought, some of that would have to be done by vashoths. They’re probably not all linebackers.

Catilina I think the worgen would win Rouccoco's heart Alliance side . The male ones are pretty damn awesome-looking, I will admit. The women look like chihuahuas though, unfortunately.

While I headcanon that Blackwall's huskier than average (his gambeson certainly makes it seem so), his naked character model looks exactly the same as Dorian and Cullen's, aka buff, trim, and hairless. I think Bull is supposed to be an outlier, the devs designed him as "a retired athlete who could still get out there" and people note that he's tall/broad even by qunari standards.

Not a bad race, but I would not want a game to take elves from me and replace them with this. Unless there's another androgynous species to replace them. (I don't want every single species to have buff males, just as I don't want every single species to have petite and delicate women).

Well their "outfit" body is different from their "naked" body quite often. So Blackwall definitely has a belly in his outfit body, but they didn't bother to make him a unique body. Solas also has a unique "outfit" body (broader than generic male elf). Sera they just straight up gave the human woman body.

True, I live the High Elves in THe Elder Scrolls too.

For example, there should be some qunari women who are huuuuuuge. IIRC, all of their farmers fall under the arigena, so there’d certainly be a need for women who can benchpress a dathrasi. And if they really are a mix of elves and dragons, well... it would make a lot more sense for the arigena’s people to be bigger than the arishok’s. Way bigger. Drakes are tiny compared to high dragons.

aren't they going to change the female Worgen though? They'd have to actually redesign their head/face. I'm not playing anymore, but I'd hope that's the case. and my goodness why aren't any of these people wearing clothes The top image (purple, winged dude) has shirtless as his normal character model, and so does the character class that he shares; the tattoos/markings are significant. The second one is just a fanart; that character doesn't appear that way in the game. Unless there's another androgynous species to replace them. (I don't want every single species to have buff males, just as I don't want every single species to have petite and delicate women). There are several different elf races in Warcraft, with night elves (the ones Catilina linked) as the most buff. Even the women are total buff athletes. However, all elves, and indeed all Warcraft races, have clear sexual dimorphism; there aren't any that I consider to be androgynous in the way that DA elves can be because they're so slight.

Oh yeah, forgot about Bull for a second. Also, wasn't Blackwall clothed at all times? His hacked naked model doesn't really mean much, other than them not bothering to design a custom asset. Just like I don't think Cole has a six pack, like when he wears the Qunari set... They should have done it the way Odyssey did - everyone has some degree of hair, with some exceptions, where it made sense, like Alkibiades. Keep the elves hairless, but Hawke, Blackwall, Oghren, Varric, and so on should be super hairy, with the rest being somewhere in between. Also, like Blackwall, Garrett looks huskier in Inquisition. Copied naked models won't convince me otherwise

I'm a tiresome piece of vashedan but I like elves being fae and weird and hot like Prince Nuada i would wipe out humanity by his side if he would love me lmao “Fae and weird and hot” sounds like everyone in the Heartwood Court. The Horned Knight has made his hall in one of the Shame's abandoned holdings; a round tower, jagged as a chipped tooth, its floors all collapsed in on one another. A great tree grows within it, spreading a canopy of burgundy leaves where the roof once was.Inside, the grass sparkles with shards from the old heliograph mirror that once stood atop the tower. Blankets of moss have been laid over the fallen masonry that serves as the tables where the Heartwood Court holds its feast. Silent men and women serve ivy-haired dryads and stag-headed fauns. The servants move dreamily. Their eyes are grown over with moss, and flowers bloom from their skin.Actually come to think of it, pretty much everything that happens in the Serault forest is fae and weird and hot. I hope we go there.

The female Worgen look a bit more normal in the link I posted, which is apparently what they're going for in the redesign (no more chihuahua heads)
for some reason I've found out online gaming just isn't for me I need a game that I can quit or pause then come back to several weeks later and nothing has changed with most online games if you even dare to stop for one day everything has changed by the time you return (at least that's my opinion )
