Doesn't a continuation to the final end of ME3 means it's is a continuation of the trilogy?

The fact that the game might tie to Andromeda just means they aren't dropping those plot threads.

This only happens with the Extended Cut, so either her death is retconned or the entire Extended Cut is, or it's set between ME2 and ME3, or maybe she's a clone either using Lazarus or Thorian.

In the extened cut yes, but before the cut was released, the scene showed both squadmates dead instead of being vaporized.

Wouldn't be the first time Bio reconned someone's death (DAO comes to mind...)

Remember before Anthem launched, there was this interview where one of the devs talked about how "big" Anthem was, that the entire ME universe could be taking place within one of Anthem's rifts? Well, what if Bioware decided it did? What if Anthem fucks up the ME universe and completely throws the timeline off? Jumping in and out of that reality in different intervals, or locations within the ME universe. Pass through a rift and now you're in Andromeda, 600 years in the future, or move from Andromeda to Tuchanka during the Reaper War. It's why we see a ~700 year old looking Liara stumble across 3 figures that couldn't possibly be there, in her time and why the dead Reapers are there, chilling and the N7 armour is so freshly covered in snow, like whoever wore it only fell in battle a few days ago, at most.

Or maybe that's just crazy talk.

I think it's actually the other way round. As for the horn, I think that's just artifacting. I'm very certain it is Mordin.


It's definitely not Drack. Missing the bones on the top of his armour.

I think that's just artifacting again, but since we are seeing their backside, there may be a hint of the jetpack visible. But the upper arms remind me of some ME3 armour.
