I'm sure they would, and creases or lines can happen before the smile on your lips appears. Like I said given all the evidence I think they are planning older.  But I also think they would be willing to walk that back in a second if they thought it would help them. I think any of the assumptions we are going on are potentially up for complete failure as the game is 4+ years out and given recent history they can and have completely changed course over the last 18 months. I think keeping everything vague was the intent, so they could roll any direction at any time. Like if they are worried about people who see old, but want to go young they make Liara take the role of the dad/grandad in the epilogue hundreds of years down the line telling  a story to a kid. Yup old liara is there, but only in the epilogue.
