I’d question when exactly, or which options really allowed us to roleplay Shepard as ‘weak’. Incompetent, depending on certain decision on either side, I can see. Not really weak or feckless, though.
I’d say I found Ryder, personally, more limited to RP compared to Shepard, I’d give you that.

Inferring constantly is imverysmart material and I've never been that smart. When I assume people's context, it seems that I usually end up with egg on my face.

The fact that Ryder can be a male or female, and is described exactly the same way regardless of gender, informs me that this is a gender-agnostic complaint and your concerns are based on contemporary hot-button subjects rather than the context of this discussion.

In other words, leave YOUR real world politics at the door as much as possible, as they are rarely relevant to a discussion that has remained in-world.

I know. I've never understood why so many here get butt hurt when people here prefer the human race in a videogame. Why do I have to like the turians, asari, salarians etc... There's nothing interesting about them, and they're always trying to control what or what not the humans can do. I'm a human so I'm going to have more sympathy for the humans in the game.

I can agree with you as far as exploration, and biotic combat are concerned. The rest of it not so much. 

Edit: Thought of another, it had a better inventory system then ME1. I hated that on PC, selling and destroying items took forever with keyboard and mouse.

Well I am a little hyped about getting to play the series again. So I begain watching little things like saving Jack from purgatory and meeting up with garrus in ME 2. But because the recommended section on youtube acts like a wormhole about 1 hour later there I was watching some random youtuber talk about the ending lol. And by the end I watched 3 videos about the ending.
