Anyone else notice in ME1LE PS5 version at least, Uncharted Worlds, Feros theme and even some speeches (fex. Elcor embassy one behind the table) are bitcrushed?
I mean the quality is worse than in original, at least on PS5, I compared to original PC version and there the music and speaking are not aliasing.

I only noticed environmental sounds are there, echoes in Council Chambers are absent, but were present in original ME1 with audio fix. I got the echoes in the council chambers. I don't have an actual dedicated sound card, though. I have onboard audio and use SoundBlaster X-Fi MB3 to unlock EAX through software emulation. (I don't think this software is being sold anymore.) I have Soundblaster Z it should be capable, fix in old game worked, but here, like I said, only environmental sounds are enabled. Will check headphones settings.

Is it just me or was there a new convo with Kaiden and Ashley on the Citidel, when you click the railing to look at the view of the wards from the spot in front of Flux and all that, like more towards the stairs I guess? It was something I'd never heard before.

It's only available up to the point you get Garrus since then the volus will be in that spot talking about getting on a tour of the Destiny Ascension. I'm not sure if getting Wrex also triggers the scene to change since I pretty much always get Garrus first. I believe it might become available again if you pass by the spot again with Kaidan and Ashley after having listened to the Destiny Ascension scene, but I'm not sure on that either.

Slightly different startup scene of ME2. The dialogue between Miranda and the Illusive man has changed.

On PC, at least,
1. The ME1 “Frogger” decryption minigame can be immediately retried after failure. In the original, omnigel, where applicable, was the only option after failure; retries were only available in cases (artifact recovery, mineral deposits) where omnigel was never an option. The minigame also feels slightly easier; in particular, I believe the hitboxes on the barriers and/or cursor are slightly smaller.
2. The geth (armature, etc.) in the final outdoor battle on Therum no longer freeze in place when approached in the Mako.
3. My best guess* is that Spectre X weapons are unavailable until returning to the Citadel after completing the fourth mission planet.
4. Perhaps this is due to rebalancing elsewhere (e.g., immunity), but the Mako's weapons feel more powerful (on Insanity, at least; haven't tried other difficulties for comparison).
* In my single playthrough so far, I did Therum → Novaria → Feros → Virmire, I was level 52 before Virmire, and the weapons weren't available until returning to the Citadel after Virmire (in particular, they were available from both C-Sec and Normandy shops after returning, but unavailable from either immediately before Virmire and unavailable from Normandy immediately after Virmire before returning). Level 50 may or may not still be required, and I also can't exclude the possibility that doing the mission planets in a different order may somehow affect this.

2. Weapon talents can no longer be unlocked as bonus powers. This is a rebalancing technique since all classes can use all guns without strict zooming/aiming penalty. Actually the weapon talents DO unlock. They unlock as a reward for completing ME 1. All three (Sniper, Assault, and Shotgun) unlock.

OK, here we go lets see if I can get this right.
This is just a couple of changes I have noticed besides the lighting etc.
to start the beginning to ME2 has changed when I finished ME1 I declined to name a councilor I left It to the politicians, now when I started ME2 I was given the option to do the Comic which I declined so on our way to see the illusive man the last quiz I was given to test my memory was from Miranda she asked me about who I chose for the councilor position then the chose wheel popped up so I had no choice to name either one.
The next change I noticed was environmental such as during Grunts rite of passage it was windy with blowing dust and debris lowering visibility that's also true with ME3 when doing the Monastery where It was snowing when we arrived.
On another note and pls correct me If I'm wrong but that last fight with Saren I don't believe It evolved waves of Geth?

Probably has already been talked about but the SR2 is darker in ME2 now. Probably so it is closer to the lighting in ME3.

I noticed that enemies have the tendency for some reason to stay behind cover and not move until you literally go behind that wall and then they start to shoot you. A little annoying considering that one bomb to the face can kill you on insanity. I found that annoying as well. And then I laughed, would you wanna come out and face Shepard? Haha.

I mean you can see her ass in other scenes just not when she’s slightly bending over her desk while talking with Shepard. It’s really weird. Oh God, why am I still talking about this? I don’t even care about this ‘controversy’.

They made new save after you name the councilor, it serves as import save. On PC it is in Char folder inside ME1 folder.

4. Perhaps this is due to rebalancing elsewhere ( e.g., immunity), but the Mako's weapons feel more powerful (on Insanity, at least; haven't tried other difficulties for comparison). You mean the Mako is even more invincible than it used to be? Yes... sort of. I'm playing on Insanity; and on Nodacrux, it was taking 2 to 3 shots with the mako's cannon to kill the thorian creepers around the small camp at the north end of the map. Just like before, the health of enemies seems to change... sometimes they are very bullet-spongy and sometimes not so much. I recall that, in the OT on Ontarom, having to sometimes shoot mooks multiple times with the cannon to kill them, launching them several times across the valley floor. On other runs still on Insanity, it was much easier. I considered it a bug then... and I think that bug is still there (at least on insanity on the Xbox One). I've also had a similar experience with enemies having different amounts of health on Feros over several attempts to save the colonists by meleeing them rather than using the gas grenades. Sometimes Shepard would punch out individuals with one punch and on the next try it would take 5 punches to get the job done.
However, aiming with the mako while moving is, IMO, considerably easier than before... less bouncy, bouncy. Being able to repair it while moving (not shooting) makes it much easier as well.
