I'm soon going to Ilos in ME1LE. Hey, please let me know if Joker is wearing his hat now during the Mako Drop. I think seeing that was more disturbing than meeting your first creeper. Is it me or did BioWare add more Thrasher Maws on Uncharted worlds? I’ve already fought four and I’m not even halfway finished with them.

I must ask is there any reason why some of ME 2 Cerberus Normandy crew is wearing these black outfit without the Cerberus logo on? Maybe because of ME 1?

Damn it BioWare you had one job! Let me guess, Kelly doesn't count as paramour in ME2 either? Yep. She still only counts for ME3. Goddamn it I am not getting this game until it's dirty cheap. My monitor is an old 1080p 60hz which doesn't benefit from the grafical upgrades, I already completed my two main Sheps with Kaidan and Liara and even had a third one cuck the latter with Garrus for achievements sake, they didn't change ME3 Singularity or Barrier and Jack and Tali are still straight. There is not enough reason to play everything again without experiencing anything new or more streamlined. My last hopes were to fuse my two Sheps into a new canon that I would carry to the next ME but since I have to play the game twice for cuckoldry's sake is not worth the effort.

OK, here we go lets see if I can get this right. This is just a couple of changes I have noticed besides the lighting etc. to start the beginning to ME2 has changed when I finished ME1 I declined to name a councilor I left It to the politicians, now when I started ME2 I was given the option to do the Comic which I declined so on our way to see the illusive man the last quiz I was given to test my memory was from Miranda she asked me about who I chose for the councilor position then the chose wheel popped up so I had no choice to name either one. The next change I noticed was environmental such as during Grunts rite of passage it was windy with blowing dust and debris lowering visibility that's also true with ME3 when doing the Monastery where It was snowing when we arrived. On another note and pls correct me If I'm wrong but that last fight with Saren I don't believe It evolved waves of Geth? You always had to fight a lot of Geth on your way to him. But did they add Geth to the garden fight after he is full crawly reaper? Yes they've added th efact Geth can drop in on the remaster. The original just has us fight Saren on hyis own when we got t6o him but in the remaster h ehas Geth help him out now. Thankfull ythoug hit's onl yfootsoldier geth thoug hI think so I doub tit'll b etoo hard especiall yif you take int oconsideration how weapons work now in that there is less restrictions.

Joker's "Daisy Bells" subtitles don't disappear anymore during the Normandy's invasion. It now works as intended.
The Opening (I think it has been mentioned here) doesn't flag the fate of the Council anymore, so TIM's lines are different "Commander Shepard uncovered the truth" (no idea where this is from, but it was way off from the dialogue itself) and the conversation proceeds as normal without the Council ever being mentioned.
Asari are way more expressive, like Nassana Dantius during Thane's Recruitment mission. That, or the overhaul they had makes their emotions more perceptible.

Mass Effec2 : Zaeed's loyalty mission - There's no longer a YMIR mech in the room with the moving overhead incinerators that you can shoot down. (edit: apparently this is wrong. There is a mech, but I somehow managed to miss it, either due to it bugging out, or squad killing it super-quick while my attention was elsewhere)
There seems to be a lot more NPCs strutting around the Citadel Presidium, visible from the window in Anderson's office.
Some hackable terminals in Lazerus Station removed.
You no longer accumulate bonus minerals from doing the mineral collection quests in ME:1 - meaning that you need to do far more planet scanning in ME:2. Resign yourself to some serious RSI!

Did they make all of them harder to fight? I only went after the one on Edolus on my first run through of the LE, but I swear that bastard chased me around the bloody battlefield. Not to mention sticking tentacles up. It never did that before. From my own experience they're around the same as they were in the vanilla game, save for the tentacles and underground movement marker. The problem people are having is that the Mako has 'Mako relative steering' enabled by default. This means that the Mako's gun turret is now always aligned relative to the direction the vehicle is pointing in and not independently controlled. Therefore when fighting Thresher Maws it's necessary to physically turn the Mako to line up a shot, rather than just driving around and aiming in a different direction with the turret. This is much, much slower as turning the vehicle is far more cumbersome than just swiveling the turret. On PC this can be untoggled in the Controls menu, allowing you to revert back to the standard method of circling around the Thresher and shooting it when it pops up - which is far easier. Not sure if it's toggleable on consoles, as I've never played the game on a console.

Confirmed, it was there and it climbs those stairs and around the little barrier too LOL Two possibilities exist then: A ) It bugged out on me. B ) Squad killed it really, really quick when I was concentrating elsewhere and I simply didn't notice it. Either option seems strange. Nothing like that has ever happened before.

Nothing like that has ever happened before. I had something puzzling like this happen to me as well during Garrus' recruitment quest on Omega. My squad and I killed all the mercs coming over the bridge so quickly that Garrus was almost at full health when the second part (closing the shutters) began, and the game didn't give me the option to leave a squadmate with him. I'd never not had that option before (after many many original ME2 playthroughs). Not sure if Bioware made these subtle tweaks or if these are bugs. Whatever the case I see another patch in the near future.

I know people have mentioned that an ME1 import into ME2 will start you with a lot of credits. In the original ME2, import bonuses depended on: - your import level from ME1 - the Rich achievement from ME1 - whether you beat ME2 once before
Not sure how starting credits work now. But it does appear that they changed your starting ME2 level requirements. In the original ME2: - Sub level 50 imports started at level 2 - Level 50-59 imports started at level 3 - Level 60 imports started at level 5.
In ME2 LE, I imported a level 57 Shepard and started at level 5. Unknown at this time how your ME1LE level affects your starting level in ME2LE.

Another thing that changed was thernal clip (ammo) pickups. Namely, when you pick up thermal clips, you can get more "ammo" for your guns than you did originally. I would need to go back and check, but it seems to have been increased TREMENDOUSLY. Some guns appeared to pick up 50% of ammo per clip.
I am not saying this is a bad thing since some guns needed it -- the Incisor was notoriously bad in the original ME2 -- but it seems like it is too much. Personally, I never had much of a problem with it in the original ME2 outside of a handful of guns (Carnifex, Incisor). Not sure how it worked in the original ME2 since I never paid much attention to it, but I thought it was a per-gun thing? Unless it was a global value that depended on clip size?
Anyway, just saying that the devs said they would increase the ammo pickups in ME2 and they did, and that it may have been too much for my taste.

Part of the challenge on higher difficulties is actually preserving ammo for certain types of enemies. You wouldn't want to waste SMG Bullets with Armor or pistol rounds with shields. Come to think of, I've always found strange that Thermal Clips are universal, but when Shepard runs out of ammo is one weapon at a time.

I think it gives you 10% of what you finished ME1 with in terms of credits so if you finish ME1 with a million credits then you'll get 100,000 to start you off in ME2 as an example. I think they did that to offset that you hav et ogo out and find or buy the weapons and such now or at least you have t oin the case of the DLC ones given now you won't be starting out with them. The yatil ae rin the gam ethough you just have to go out and find them now.

Come to think of, I've always found strange that Thermal Clips are universal, but when Shepard runs out of ammo is one weapon at a time. Thermal clips are universal, in that each gun can use the same thermal clips. Basically each gun has multiple thermal clips. You are essentially ejecting an overheated clip so it uses the next cool clip. Think of it this way: - Overheat guns have only one thermal clip. Shooting heats up the clip. You can stop firing to reduce or vent the heat buildup. If the clip overheats, you can no longer fire. If the clip overheats, you must wait until all the heat is vented before you can fire again. - Clip guns can hold multiple clips. Shooting heats up the clip. The clip retains it heat even when you stop firing. When a clip overheats, you can no longer fire. When a clip overheats, you must eject the overheated clip, or replace the overheated clip with a fresh clip, then you can fire again.

When a clip overheats, you must eject the overheated clip, or replace the overheated clip with a fresh clip, then you can fire again. Yeah, I know that. Probably bad wording on my part, but what I meant was: if thermal clips are universal, why can't you take your Sniper Rifle's Thermal Clip and put it into your Assault Rifle that has no more thermal clips? For example, it would be a great game mechanic if we had, say, 10 thermal clips. And then we managed it ourselves on which weapons we would use them. Instead in the game, when we pick up a single thermal clip, all your weapons are reloaded. I mean, headcanon and all, Shep is just organized with the clips and always save thermal clips for all guns if they're needed further along the road.

I don't know if this was already mentioned, but if I'm not mistaken, if you completed the UNC: Valuable Minerals in ME, you would start with 50k of each resource in ME2. This doesn't seem to be the case in MELE.
