Arrival was always divisive to the point where many players actually felt punished for buying it and uninstalled it rather than than play it on their later runs. Since it was widely criticised and the whole plot angle it sets up felt for all money like an aborted arc anyway in ME3, its not surprising they don't want to force people to do it.

Arrival was just a mistake of a dlc. And it proved the writers didn't listen to their own surveys which clearly show that basically everybody plays Paragon. That Sheperd spends ME3 agonizing over 1 human kid in elaborate and utterly cringe dreams and doesn't lose a wink over a whole system of innocent Batarians... well it wasn't a great look.

... and Canadians use a bit of both, with the trend moving slowly away from the British spellings towards the American ones.

I like the British spellings... but the Americans are our neighbours, eh.  Sorry.

I think ran into a bug. Was looking in the quest log and noticed that Eden Prime: Resistance Movement was still an open quest. I could have swore I got all of the intel you need so I went to check the war assets and found this:

Since we're talking about what changed, I updated the Squadmate Build Compendium for anyone interested.

Most ME3 DLC weapons are now in stores, mainly in the Spectre Requisitions store for a stupid amount of credits.
Most DLC armor are in stores; Cerberus AJAX armor is already in inventory.

N7 Valkerie and Chakram launcher are in Omega DLC (as they also were in the original ME3).
One other assault rifle whose name I am forgetting is in the Leviathan DLC (as it also was in the original ME3)
