Most ME3 DLC weapons are now in stores, mainly in the Spectre Requisitions store for a stupid amount of credits. Most DLC armor are in stores; Cerberus AJAX armor is already in inventory. N7 Valkerie and Chakram launcher are in Omega DLC (as they also were in the original ME3). One other assault rifle whose name I am forgetting is in the Leviathan DLC (as it also was in the original ME3) OK, I'm sitting down... how much is the Indra and the Valiant going to set Shepard back?
ETA: Is the Supressor pistol now not part of the Citadel DLC?
Suppressor pistol is still part of the Citadel DLC.

So I assume that any DLC weapons pack that existed apart from any story DLC (that would then be unlocked and equipped at the beginning of any new playthrough in the original versions of the game once you downloaded them)is now something you have to buy from a merchant?

A little thing but fairly significant to me. ME3's galaxy map is alot more vibrant and clear looking.

The Locust now transfers to new game plus correctly. Previously you needed to acquire it again on Kasumi's loyalty mission. The small error of the squad being visible during the open cutscene of the dig site mission has been fixed. The shuttle is also missing the NS1 now. Old vanilla ME2: New LE ME2:

- They butchered the prologue. It no longer acknowledges your choices and they recycled a line that the Illusive Man normally says in his first meeting with Shepard ("We're at war. No one wants to admit it but humanity is under attack.") I found the problem. It's a positive flag for a save-game with Genesis DLC Installed. It even happens on other platforms as well. It should be a minor fix if they ever adress that.

Didn't scannable objects you could find in asteroid belts use to flash/sparkle in ME1 to key you in that something was there? I seem to remember that they did. Now I find myself just moving the mouse around the belt until it makes a noise and finds something.

Ran into my first visual change that I entirely despise actually. They added some kind of really strong fog effect and my guess what is supposed to be smog to Illium. It just makes the light reflect and makes it really hard to stare at the screen...which to add insult to injury your companions are talking about that sight and Shepard is like...yeah I see nothing.

I don't think it's smog, since most races use clean energy. It's either fog, which makes sense since they're close to a lake or sea as we see in the first landing sequence, or clouds showing how tall the buildings are.

I'm not at Illium yet, just started ME2, but my guess is that is supposed to be humidity. If I recall the codex says the cities are built at a higher altitude to get away from the heat.
Since I'm in the early parts of ME2 did they add some dialogue to an early Jacob conversation? I don't seem to remember him talking about the Alliance using Shepard as a poster boy for a few months after the Battle of the Citadel. It was under an option to talk about his Alliance service.
Some smaller things I noticed were some Freelancer tells Cathka that Archangel is in sight and he then responds. I always thought he was responding to something from his own headset that the player couldn't hear, but it looks like a small bug cut that audio in the OT.
The change to the Illusive Man's dialogue at the start of ME2 is strange. I still hear about the "Human lead council" from news reports on Omega, haven't been to the Citadel yet. Why change his reference to the human lead council in the intro but not elsewhere. Reusing his "we're at war" line felt really George Lucas like.

That's why I said the HUD map. Missed that... Markers are present on main map as well when you open it when you are near. There is mod for OG on PC that shows all markers on main map all the time, it would be nice to see one for LE, it will be time saver.

The turian at the security gate on the Citadel in ME2 no longer repeated apologizes for the inconvenience. As annoying as I eventually found it in the OT, I'm finding a rather miss it in the Legendary Edition.

I've been through that gate about 6 times since the first time and he hasn't apologized for the inconvenience once since that first time. In my old game, he said "Sorry for the inconvenience sir." every single time I went through it. That's the last straw... it's getting uninstalled permanently.

In the original ME2, that Turian line (along with standing in place while he scanned you) was essentially trying to 'hide' the level (geometry and textures) being loaded before you went through the door. If the game loads it fast enough, you are essentially not getting scanned and therefore there is no inconvenience.

The only time that turian has ever said anything to Shepard is Shepard's initial arrival in ME2. Every other time going through security, he says nothing and can't be interacted with. Shepard just walks on by. Seeing the discussion above, I thought I was missing something.

I'm surprised my Xbox One is actually doing something right this time.
