excellent. The Cerberus rebuilding project has begun. What happened to TIM's patent of the paper clip? Paper clips don't work on those slates they carry around. Unless they're big paper clips.

At this rate all future Bioware games will be half done and modders need to rescue it for free.

I understand, but it takes a construction crew 6 months to not fix a pothole. Can you imagine the ramifications the destruction of the Citadel and the relays would have? In the two years since ME1, Anderson tells us that even the repairs on Tayseri ward aren't finished. To fix the entire Citadel, or a Relay, would take decades. It would require millennia to have the relay network operating again. And by that time, fuck it. None of it would be relevant. The damage to the franchise is irreversible. It's not something you can just fix in a logical timeframe. The thing is, the only Mass Relay we see being destroyed is the Sol relay. What if it is the only relay that was actually destroyed since it was hit with the beam right from the Citadel itself? What if the red beam attenuated in strength as it passed through the relay network? Still enough to kill all reapers in the galaxy but the other relays remain intact.
Basically, you'd have to try and get from Earth to the nearest relay (not sure if that's the one near Arcturus?) via conventional FTL but once you are there, you have access to the network again. Earth would of course be a bit isolated but the galaxy as a whole remains somewhat connected.
Going further, IMO an interesting premise would be that the closer you are to the Sol relay, the more damage the other relays took. This means that in council space and the traverse, relay travel becomes somewhat risky. Sometimes, ships vanish as they try to travel through the relays (presumably destroyed but no one knows for sure). The further you get away from earth, the more reliable the network gets. This means, that the terminus systems are now a powerhouse in the post war galaxy as they are the most reliably connected clusters, while the traditional council races have to struggle to even keep their scattered colonies supplied and under control.
I'd love to see some galaxy wide political thriller play out in such a volatile post-war galaxy, with intrigues and political brinkmanship as every faction, from the major races to terminus gangs, - old and new - try to slice off their peace of the pie on the now leveled playing field of galactic powe.
This is a good idea, in my game state I managed to have: the Rachni, Asari scientists/engineers, K. Sanders and David, Ex-Cerberus scientists/engineers (with David brother and Dr. Brynn Cole), Dr. Bysonl (Leviathan), Turian Engineers and the Alliance Engineer Corp as well the Exo Geni scientists and Volus teams but no Salarians other than Kirrahe (not gonna betray Bakara and Wrex, but I guess their most immediate concern by then would be to restore the Relays s well unless we get an isolationist Salarian goverment and more elements trying to rejoin Galactic Society) oh, Conrad Verner project and the Quarian Scientists/Engineers could also be highly involved. What I suspect is that the Relays can be easily rebuilt BUT, the trick is making them work properly (you can put a car back together after a crash but not make it work instantly) and if we add Javiik and the data the Council races plundered from Illos then I guess we can say it can take less than a decade for most Mass Relays to be up and running. The Rachni spent years before the Rachni Wars exploring every inch of their territory and learning from Protheans (Queens have a habit of inheriting their mothers collective memories and fathers genes), something tells me that the true Rachni Queen will be of an immense help into putting them back and reactivating them with the correct support that is, if Bioware takes those War Assets into account for their next game and they don't wave them as another number that only serve what color and galaxy state post ME3 you will get because if they forgot about the back door on Illos they surely won't forget about all that player work. I am actually curious of how the situation went in Omega giving that the cluster has two Mass Relays in there, well at any rate journey to the Galaxy core will get disabled unless whoever uses the Omega 4 Relay (which we could have explored as it could have showed us what happened and how Cerberus was using the immense amount of salvage to build their ships) needs to take the necessary materials and knowledge or risk getting trapped there.

No. I am not touching ME3 again, unless I am given a real reason to. It is not a fun game to play. There's 5 good missions in the entire game and everything else borders on cringe. I do understand the dialogues between squadmates are good, but that's maybe 5% of a 30 hour game. Not worth it.

True, it is not actually canon but it would become funny as hell if Bioware decide it to become canon. Liara as a Reaper Sleeper Agent as canon would be troll move by Bioware.

True that is one of the reasons I would have Liara as a Reaper Sleeper Agent. Also due to her popularity and Non being a member of Cerberus, she will not be suspected by others to be one. I know that Dmc would be angry if Kaiden became a Reaper Sleeper Agent. A good use of a Reaper Sleeper Agent in any setting is to have someone that they trust to become indoctrinated to influence their main target. Leaders often have advisers and other allies to complete their respective missions.

The rumor is, D&D from Game of Thrones are being brought in to do a revamped extended-extended cut ending of ME 3 where Arya Stark joins the crew and singlehandedly destroys the Reapers and brings peace to the galaxy.
