Factions and Backgrounds, What’ll you be?

Grey Warden of course, either warrior or rogue for the first playthrough. After that... probably an Antivan Crow, most likely rogue again.
But a Grey Warden is defintely my first character, I've loved them since DAO.

Yeah pretty much changed my mind to Shadow Dragon for first pt.

Now to get on that fic.

Given how heavily the Evanuris are involved this time around I am tempted to go Veil Jumper, I am a sucker for Elven Lore.

Probably going to be a spur of the moment thing.
I have played a female elven mage first in DAO and DAI. And then a male elven DW warrior on my second PT of DAO. Unfinished second PT of DAI as a male elven mage (yes very creative, lol).

I kind of want to play an elven mage again but right now I also like the idea of playing a Lord of Fortune version of Nathan Drake, so maybe a human male. I doubt anything will ever be as awesome as sarcastic Hawke but I could try how that goes. Warrior or rogue would work best but I do NOT like playing warriors and I also don't much care for rogues in any game. So ehhhh on the class front.

Shadow Dragon elf is probably the safest bet for a very moral character I usually play first.

Veiljumper works too for elves but the goofiness of the trailer kind of ruined that faction for me. Very bad first impression.

Just finished reading the Mourn Watch short story and I'm kind of curious how that background plays into things. But no idea what kind of character I would go for. I guess somebody really cheerful and funny? Sarcastic Hawke again??

Thing is, I was actually considering playing a serious slightly gruff but very kind dude for a change but do NOT want to play a GW again. I find them very boring.

So I have NO idea. I think it will boil down to playing around with the CC, and then I will decide what faction the look goes with, I guess. Or maybe what starter outfit looks the best, lol.
For a LoF I hope we can dress them very flashy and sexy! Also gimme Jack Sparrow guyliner, lol!
