The Crusader is back too. All the weapons I noticed: - "Cora" (human female) has a new AR or Shotgun - Carnifex - Avenger - Piranha - Reegar - Sharpshooter Sniper 1 (looks a lot like a Viper) - Sharpshooter Sniper 2 (headshot scene, it looks like the Viper again, but not completely... maybe it's moded) - The Turian Sentinel ("Anarchist") has a Crusader - Revenant - Tempest (Liam weapon against the Hydras) - a new AR (Liam weapon against the Fiend) - a Beam Weapon (AR) that works with a cooldown (as the PPR) during the flamer bit - a new AR during the Overload/Fireballs remnants scenes - what is likely to be a new sniper (during the cryo scene) - Predator - a new AR that uses the Avenger icon as a placeholder (I guess) - a new cooldown weapon during the Anointed scene - a new SMG against the Pariah That leaves us with (at least) 9 old weapons and 8 new ones so far. There were new weapons in the Cinematic reveal trailers too (at least 3). As for powers, I noticed: - Biotic Aegis - Biotic Charge - Concussive Shot - Multifrag Grenade (from ME3 Destroyer) - consummable - Unknown grenade 1 (Proximity mine?) - consummable - Assault Turret - Tech Shield - consummable - Flamer - the "three-circles" power (no idea, never seen) - "Arc Projector" power - Fireball - Pull+Maintain - "Hazard" symbol - Cryo - Unknown grenade 2 - Tac Cloak - A "Push" power (?) - Singularity - Unknown "Flame" power - Overkill icon (maybe a RoF power)

It's still a thread of MEAMP, isn't it? What about: For long-term motivation to play... I would say: not with the DAIMP-Promtionsystem There where a lot of tips about DAIMP in the old Forum which helped me a lot. When you have 200 cunning important skills change. But thats all. With stats above 250/250/200 do what you want and don't take care about tips.
But what about this: with x extra XP you get a mod for weapon or armor with x extra XP cooldown of the jetpack decreases with x extra XP special weapon or armor is released :

More than one modes would be nice and a steady flow of new content to keep people playing. I used to be an anti-mp person, more like, I was afraid to play online with people and ME3 MP was the first game I ever played online.(Even if I only played very little because it was like 2014 ,long after the game release). I know ME is a single player experience first and foremost but I don't think MP should be so harshly criticized. Of course, tying the MP to SP like they first was a bad decision but overall ME3 MP was pretty good and I wish I had played through it when it was fresh. Now at least I know I can do that in Andromeda.
As far as wishlists are concerned,I know it would never happen but I 'd love some form of PvP with objectives. It would be cool for once to face people instead of waves of bots.

im with abramsrunner on this one to be honest. the reason i disliked the DA:I MP in the end was the promotion system, promoting a class 3 times gave the same amount of attributes as a level up, for example 3 dexterity when promoting rogues. even though this sounds "little" it had an impact damagewise. this felt very grindy and somewhat necessary to perform better on higher difficulties, at least in a public game whereas you could perform well in knowing what to do in ME3 MP and the promotion system didnt feel necessary but in my case, i did a lot of promotions just for the fun of not being OP all the time and still perform well on gold. How is it any different than grinding to get a full manifest in me3mp? In both games you have to play, a LOT to be upper echelon character power wise (not skill wise). I can understand the concern on the issue but I've played a lot of both games, i am a high promote DAIMP player and it is far from auto win. The medium and higher levels with at least one more skilled player is a walk (Perilous, not heartbreaker) but a regular pug game can be challenge on perilous. The one thing I saw mentioned that may be a bit of a concern this being able to reduce your abilities or hit points or whatever and get better rewards at the end of a match as a result. The main difference is the "happy" effect when you finally get what you grind for. when you hit max level you dont say: Yay finally i can promote wohooo. at least ive never heard people saying they are happy to finally hit max level to reset.

I guess everyone has already noticed it, but for those for perhaps have not, Ryder carried both the Piranha and the Reegar during one of the gameplay scenes. Either the Reegar is no longer a shotgun (which would make sense) or we will be able to carry two weapons of the same type.

They could have a special weapon category like in ME2. That overpowered piece of shit would fit into that category better imo.

Maybe they have a new (special) weapon category labelled "Easy Mode" with a description like "just use one of these if you totally suck at shooting and are playing the game for the story - and the multiplayer to troll and annoy other people".

Hopes and wishes for MEAMP?
In order of importance (for me personally):
* Netcode - The netcode of ME3 (as well as parts of the game engine itself) is just horrible and sucks the fun out of multiplayer quite a lot of times. This needs some serious improvement in my opinion.
* Proper keybinding on PC - of limited importance in SP but vital in MP where timing is important and the omni-key was probably one of the worst ideas ever. Thankfully, config tweaking is possible for ME3 but it'd be nic eif it worked out-of-the-box.
* Text chat - again possible with config tweaking but this needs to be added to the game for everyone to use.
* Movement system - same as with keybinding, limited importance in SP but the clunkiness really hurt MP in my opinion. I'd love see some improvements there as well.
Other than that, I was quite happy with the ME3MP. Maybe a better RNG store with a more user-friendly handling of duplicates and the possibility to actually buy stuff with in-game currency would be nice.

As much as I loved PvP, after trying the ME3MP, I would rather do the coop. I like it more than raids, because it is much, much, much faster and less predictable, more pug-gable & it is cooperation with milder competition than in PvP. Plus, in PvP, it is really hard to avoid a losing strike because, well, as far as I have seen no matching system ever works, and I am sorry to say it, every rule will be bent in favor of winning, and when losing, the PvP rewards are non-existent, so in a gear-dependent game, it ends up being a sliding back and accelerating slope. All of which tends to create an atmosphere that is simply unpleasant. So, I'd rather coop. In my few weeks, only heard someone curse & whine all game long only once, and that was in Russian. While in PvP... it's pretty much all the time.
I am also not a fan of Omni-button for PC, and would have preferred options to rekeybind every action separately. And that the keybinds for the MP and the SP were split away like GSF and Campaign keybinds are separate in SWTOR. And, well, personally, I would prefer all dodges to be available on the double tap of the directions keys rather than any double bind.
I would also love an option to buy medi-gels directly with credits and separately from packs.

I would also love an option to buy medi-gels separately from packs. There's also the tendency to homogenize everything when PvP is involved. Kit and gameplay mechanic diversity is one of the first things to go out the airlock once a competitive versus mode is implemented. I have yet to see a single game developer have two separate balance passes for PvE and PvP content, so once the classes and power selection gets watered down for competitive play it will also be neutered for co-operative play.

The balance... and with the number of kits in MP, achieving that nebulous dream will just be even more of a ah-ha-ha-hah... proposition. Even in the tank-DPS'ish set-up, not the true trinity.

The two things I want the most - More customization
- Do not specialize kits in Tank-DPS-Healer/Support, let the player choose how they want to play each kit. To this reguard ME3 was a big sucess as there were no characters that were tied to a tank or healer role.

to the 2nd point: yes this is exactly what made mass effect 3 fun, no dependencies. it was still a coop and you could help each other out but there was no "competetive" thinking where people rage or leave games because somebody didnt pick a tank, this is what ruined Pugs in DA:I. Im okay though, if they made some kind of hardcore mode where it is required to do that, but it should be a seperate game mode and not just an increased difficulty. also what i would like to see: - more difficulties if they add in paragon grinding, but maybe later as a dlc and not right away at start. we dont need 1-2 people per game that do all the work, thats just not fun if you cant do anything. since this was more or less confirmed i thought id mention instead of ranting about it - custom mode setting: maybe something where you could do your own balance and settings for a match, like enemy diversity / difficulty, basic weapons only (or other "fun" modes) that of course change the amount of exp/rewards you get depending on how difficult it is. i believe i saw such thing in the game thief and really loved it although the game wasnt good (in my opinion) - Better weapon balance. While i already posted that id like it if rarity also affects damage, i think that weapons of the same type (pistol, shotgun etc.) should be on par of each other (im pointing at geth/collector weapons from ME3MP here ) - More (diverse) weapon mods. ME3s only choice was really either focusing hard on cooldowns or on damage / damage + weight. other weapon mods were gimmicks, especially scopes / heatsinks that were useless in higher difficulties. (with few exceptions of course) - And i cant believe i havent read or posted this already: please, more explainations on stats and/or display your stats correctly. im talking about stuff like health & barriers in combination with health/barrier buffs. Example: your krogan had 1000/1000 (health/shield) as a base, if you leveled your character you went to (i dont know the exact stats) something like 1750/1750. if you add a gear that adds 100% shields on your next mission you had 1750/2750 and not 1750/ 3500 because the extra amount was only granted for your base stats. it would have been enough to say that the shield bonus was only applied to your base stats. when i read about that, it actually made me furious . so please, either better explanations on how stuff works OR a UI that shows you the endresult of your stats when equipped.

How would you guys feel about a mode that either mixes and matches the enemies, or randomizes which enemies come at ya in each wave?

This is proably one of the biggest issues with ME3MP, the explanations are shit. The main reason behind this is probably that the devs didn't understand the game themselves very well. A few examples, if you never visit forums there's no way to know basic stuff like : - projectile weapons ignore armor
- the difference between additive and multiplicative damage (and more sepcificly the details, like rank 4 cloak is additive but rank 6 is multiplicative)
- what shieldgate is and what weapons ignore it
- how cooldowns work (disminuishing returns when you get close to +200%)
- reload cancel/right hand advantage, some might find it obvious, I don't
- piercing mods have no effect on projectile weapons
- how tactical cloak works (just see how pugs use it and you'll get my point)
- cluster grenades rank 5 bonus, what "lifted" means is not clear in any way
- even what damage each ammy types makes against different protections is not told anywhere
- what kind of damage targeting VI's do
- what the hell is biotic damage on warp ammo
- how ammo priming works (I still don't get it)
- what powers are considered tech, combat...
- what are the factors that determine a combo's power...
- the list can go on and on...
