Saw thi sscene yesterdayleft my Sara thinking "What the Hell".

Whan I played she had quite a few cocky dialogue lines, is it the same with Scott? Felt a bit different from him, at least in the beginning of the game

I watched the Scott version of that on youtube. It plays out the same sans flirt lines.

So I finished the game last night and I had some time to collect my thoughts; got to say that Ryder is very well written. For sure one of my favorite video game protagonists. I had tons of fun shaping her personality. And her voice actor really did a good job of bringing Sara to life. The first thing I did was to get rid of the dialogue icons. It made the experience so much more immersive for me. Loved that feature. I also think that Ryders age really brings out a new perspective. Here, we could actually get to see the character grow into their own. As much as I loved the fact that shepherd had a past/experiances when the first game starts; I really wanted to know more about where she came from. Her ideals and how her past may have affected her personality. The fact that ryder is younger brings forward an interesting premise and a chance for some epic character development. I think that is one of the reasons I really want another game with the Ryders and the crew; the concept to follow a character's growth from being inexperienced and unsure about the world into someone who learns from, adapt and becomes stronger because of it. To me it just seems like too good of a premise to throw away. I ' m crossing my fingers and that hopefully we get a proper sequal.

See I told the whole truth, because if I was in a coma and someone told me everything was fine when it wasn't, I'd have been beyond hurt when I woke up and found out the truth.

It's a hell of a thing to lay on someone whether I do it now or when he wakes up. This way he has time to process at least.

Yeah, actually I would. But thanks ever so much for the judgemental guilt trip there.

Dunno though, I haven't gotten that far in the game for it to have an affect yet.

I also thought, if he never wakes up again, I don't want to live with my last words to my twin being a lie. I can handle everything else that happens, but I couldn't bring myself to lie to him.

Finished the game. Sara's great. Shit. Too many feels.
