Pre-orders (Official Thread)

Though I would like to know some pc specs before I do.

It will be wait and see for me, no matter what they reveal on N7 day. Pre-launch information given by BioWare is not always very reliable.

I'm still really looking forward to N7 day though, they may surprise me in a positive way after all!

Regardless of what we'll see and know about the game from tomorrow, I think I might wait a few days/weeks after release because I fear it'll be full of bug and glitches as their last games.

I try not to pre-order, but I already know I'll be playing it on release, and even my least favourite recent BioWare games have been worth the money to me, so I don't think I'm taking an undue risk with this. So yeah, I will.

Yup! This will be my first time pre-ordering a game. Will gladly do it for ME.

The lack of faith in this thread disturbs me truly....are there really so many jaded people who didn't like the way ME2/ME3 were handled still?

I guess I'm lucky: I love the trilogy ending with EC and all the DLC, also I'm still a firm indoc theory advocate (dat breath though).

This is Mass Effect, and this is a fan site for BioWare games, I thought the hype would be a bit more intense :/

I'm with you, I loved all three games and I'm not worried about Andromeda at all.

I'm leaning towards a pre-order.. either by myself or I'll give my wife some subtle hints regarding my upcoming birthday or Christmas..

Because I want to play it straight away and make my own mind up whether it's going to rock my world, don't need anyone else to tell me if imma gonna like it
And... let's be fair it's going to be an awesome experience, I loved Mass Effect and despite any issues I may have had... you know... with the endings that dare not speak its name... I still love ME and want to be back in a story filled sci fi space opera...

So call me a sucker if you want but I WANT to be wow'd and I need an escape from a grey and dangerous world into a bit of fun role playing in a galaxy far far away

So flame me all you want but I'm ordering the best edition of the game I can for PC and download for my PS4 as soon as the game goes live

I don't preorder unless I am confident enough that I'll enjoy the game I'm about to pre-order, after that creeps up the worrying concerns of the PC ports, but thankfully EA/Origins accepts refunds.

I don't pre-order any games these days. If the game looks like I will buy it, I usually wait until the night before it launches then buy it. Just so it downloads and I can play it first thing in the morning.




I simply don't trust companies these days and all the crappy day 1 dlc.....this includes Bioware and the whole Javik bullshit from ME3. Fans shouldn't have to spend $60 for a game then have to drop another $10 when they fire up the game, to get a character that is on the disc day 1. That garbage needs to stop.
