Andromeda Initiative briefings (6/6 Golden Worlds and Settlements)

600 years is the travel time to Andromeda, probably referring to that.

I guess that's Father Ryder and his son/daughter with him.

1) That voice sounds familiar... but no idea who he is.
2) How else would they travel? with the Mass Relays? nuh-uh I don't think so.

This has really bad implications too even, that they're shutting it down to avoid backlash and the backlashers spite them for it. That they're even focused on the incoming feedback so far ahead of release... IDK, it reeks of patheticness to me that they can't even focus on just doing something they believe in and then say "tell us whatever you want". There'll always be people complaining even outside of BioWare. They should just do their best and then if it sucks there'll be backlash, but they should be able to live with it. Obviously nobody is going to praise something if it isn't living up to expectations and backlash shouldn't really mean anything in the end. The few that actually boycott BioWare for making disappointing releases are those who DON'T bother ranting about it and newcomers may have heard the ending of ME3 sucks but it's not like they really care until they play the games.

I just don't get the point of "hiding" from criticism as a big AAA developer. You put yourselves out there and you get feedback, positive and negative, period.

Squueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!! Have been trying to stay level headed and not get amped up over Andromeda to avoid disappointment. But darn it, every time something like this pops up I get all weak in the knees like the BioWare ME fangirl I've always been.
