. . .but does anyone feel uncomfortable with the inclusion of female mooks. . . Short answer; No, I don't feel uncomfortable about it. Female antag's have been around the ME universe since ME1. I find staking this moral ground out now somewhat strange.

I've never really thought about it. No, it doesn't make me uncomfortable. If a woman wants to kill me, real life or video game, if I get an opportunity to kill her first I'm going to take it. Equality. If it bothers you, you could try to just picture them as really feminine looking men, like Justine Bieber.

I wasn't aware that if you write a few lines of code in a specific order that it will turn people violent.
See, all this time I've been thinking that a game is a game, it does not represent real scenarios and is called a "Game" in a "Virtual Reality" as to avoid being a "Scenario" in "Reality". Honestly I don't question the game making me shoot whoever I want, I question the person which goes "That 3D model just shot someone, I should go and shoot someone as well !"
Especially has it directly missed my nose that games write history of genders by entitling them to be part of their story.
You are part of a "Story", in this one it is also a story allowing you "Options" to result into different "Outcomes" of situations and ultimately the characters themselves. It is not "Life", where you take "Decisions" to implicate world-scale "Consequences" that will be covered across half of the world.
"You are a real person, with a real life and your own decisions to make." Playing from your chair "A virtual protagonist of your choosing, following a story with their own branching, being able to QUIT at any given time."

If you hit anyone IRL it's either assault or self-defense. If you shoot enemy in the game regardless of gender, "yes headshot!" No need to treat genders differently.

Nope. I have no more problem killing female mooks than I do male ones because I don't think it's more wrong to hit a woman than it is to hit a man. Bioware games have always had faceless female NPCs to kill in its games, and not only do I not mind, I actually prefer it that way. Especially when the player character can be a woman. It'd be weird to be literally the only female soldier in the entire galaxy. I'm actually hoping for a major female antagonist after Saren, TIM, Kai Leng. But don't make her "indoctrinated" like Meredith, she should be "evil" because of her own desicions and free will.

Killing dragon is a sin: the dragons are rare creatures. Severe financial penalties should be imposed upon who kill a dragon! Uh oh, bring me to the chantry for punishment then! I need bail money! Actually they'd be fine with that I think. (The Southern bit anyway) That's sort of a Northern fascination, to the south their just rare monsters.

how is hitting/killing an npc female that is not real ungentlemanly, you do know the difference between reality/real life and video games that is not real, also there are other video games, novels, movies, some tv series, comic books that has this very same thing and we all know the difference or should know the difference between real life and something that isn't real life like video games etc It can and it will teach young boys that hitting women is okay. You generally don't see men punching or haven forbid killing women in movies or books. ...What sort of pussified bullshit do you watch or read?

In Skyrim you can bump into loads of different types of bandits and other enemies so I think maybe a random-generator-system-thing of traits for someone to have (within reason ofc like maybe not a guy with mismatched color for eyebrows, moustaches and beards because that would just be strange) might be an ok thing to have Either way... it isnt especially a big issue I mean... I dont really take notice??? Or im not at a range where I can see because snipers/bows/magic exist I liked Meredith in DA2 I thought she was pretty cool Also Morrigan Morrigan is perfect More people like Morrigan need to exist although she isnt an antagonist, shes awesome Ok fangirl over... but im fine with whatever really so long as I have things to fangirl over, im happy Annddd im just going to add a customary "Because this is going to end well *sigh*" at the end of this post

As long as we're bringing our inner neanderthal values with us to Andromeda, how much of a dowry are you planning on giving to your love interest's family?

Well then maybe need to stay out of Northern lands or cloak, bring rogues and the invisibility mage ring when killing the dragons. And run quick before get caught.
Except Kolgrim nutcase that he is, he's not happy if want to go after Andraste Reborn- but he dies anyways and the dragon too so he doesn't count being dead and all.

sorry!
Im an emoji addict
And I fangirl easily
The result is... lots of emojis
Its a really bad problem and im trying to work on it but ive gotten nowhere
Plus im not really here, and I instinctively emoji (instinctively emojiing is that a thing??? It should be a thing) so I post more emojis when I dont mean to than when I do... for some reason
People keep telling me I use emojis too often and im like "yup I do sorry!" because I AM actually trying to stop using emojis so often but its very hard when I instinctively emoji all the time

Ok, I don't know how ME works, I've never played it, and it never occured to me that some guys may be uncomfortable with killing female enemies in their games. But if you're a guy playing DA and it bothers you, then just make sure you always have a female in your party so she can take care of the female enemies. There are target controls, right? If they're going to put any safegaurds in the game, relating to that concern, I would put it that female party members target female enemies first, and let the male party members tangle with male enemies.Removing female enemies all together is silly, males aren't always the only ones who pose a threat.

You know I typed above the sheer absurdity of lack of violence committed against women in media, be it in depiction of war, high fantasy or whatever you have had women beheaded, blown up, shot, stabbed, and what have you. Suicide is another big thing for women in media, I mean really the notion is sort of a joke, and to even state that having such things in media would encourage it in real life is sort of the same asinine argument that folks level against violent video games, music and film. o-o Ya know I actually watched a movie(for the fiftieth time) about a week ago that showed graphic depictions of violence, gore and what have you and women weren't exempt because they weren't exempt from the history that the movie was based on. Relatively speaking anyway, and while I cannot find a montage of all the scenes I would pull up from memory for said movie I can point out a fair few in the video below. ...I am not including a trigger warning, if you haven't gotten what will be shown in the content of this video by now, you should be tipped off by the title if nothing else. Good movie, sort of a romanticization of events(hard though that might be to believe given the sheer content depicted within it but all the same) but accurate enough that I'd recommend it above most "war" movies.

True equality is having as many female mooks as male mooks to kill. The mass effect trilogy and Dragon Age franchise did this quite well I think and had reprehensible bosses of both genders.
