As anyone who has played Overwatch can tell you, the true face of evil is a woman. An adorable woman.

Oh wait. This one as well... how could I forget? Shieldmaidens are something of a oddity to Norwegians to be honest, historical accounts on them mostly stem from ancient texts and treatises written on battles long after they were over and likely inspired via Saga. There is no real evidence that they existed, yet all the same its something of a badge of pride, sort of like how ancient Norse warriors took cats along with them into battle to erm...well basically do what cats do when they are around corpses... The ancients of my people were an odd bunch I suppose you could say, still the histories of our peoples during that time are something seemingly straight out of legend from battle tradition to the very men who fought them. Of course historical accuracy is something that is often overlooked during the time of the roaming bands of warlords and warrior kings, what is known is that our Kingdom did fight a lot of seemingly far more powerful nations into standstill if not outright surrender. I mean after all, England was once a colony of Norway Jórvík...a far better then York no? o-o I also hate that show, but I think it stems from me actually being of Norwegian blood to be honest.

Instead of limiting what girls can do, why not implement a stand down and or retreat feature? Not just for women, but all enemies. Why must every engagement end in blood?
In Fallout 4, I believe there was a feature where one could pacify animals. Why not have something similar in Mass Effect?
What I mean is, a feature where the enemy could lose the will the fight, give up, and raise their hands.
Mercy is not above me. If an enemy wishes to capitulate, you will get no complaints from me.

As someone who played largely Renegade in the trilogy(well, more precisely Renegon), I've would've killed less NPCs if there was a "capture" option, in fact, such an option would've been ideal in a lot of cases, like with Shiala in ME1(even if you don't want to kill her and even trust her, not interrogating her for more info or evaluating her condition more thoroughly is foolish). Edit: An incapacitate option would've been great in other cases too, like that one merc that you can throw out the window in Thane's RM.

On badass female chars. I've never played Warcraft but I'm very impressed with Sarah Kerrigan. I watched all the cutscenes of the games and followed her story. The depth of her character is excellent.

Petition for non-lethal option in Andromeda! I would love this. I love the games that allow you to do this, like the Deus Ex franchise. Feros in Mass Effect 1 had that as an option with the gas grenades and that was really neat to have.

I wouldn't be against it per say, but only if done in a realistic way. Not, say like this Batman game where you can hit someone with the Batmobile at a 100 mph and they would be automatically "shocked". (or something) Simply because realistically, if your enemies are clad in advanced armor and energy shields, the only *reliable* way to neutralize them would be to use the overwhelming force of relatively heavy weapons to break down their defenses. This same overwhelming force tends to do nasty things to organics when it goes through the armor. The gas grenades in Feros make sense only because these people were practically infected zombies that presumably couldn't or wouldn't wear sealed armor. However, an armored Krogan charging at you with a hammer or shooting you with an LMG is not going to be very impressed by a puny taser or a little gas.

I agree that if they are going to do it they need to do it in a way that makes sense. One way they could do it is like what we see Locke try to do to John in Halo 5: Guardians which is lock up his suit so he can't move. We could have a power or something that produces a device or a current or something that acts on the same principle, locking the armor the enemy is wearing so they can't fight but are still alive. Perhaps the power can be upgradable so that you have to work at it to get to the point where you can stop any enemy, like Rank 1 is able to stop unarmored opponents, Rank 2 is able to stop armored opponents, and Rank 3 is able to stop things like mechs. Then there can be other upgrades like quicker cool down time or Area of Effect or stuff like that. Also I would like if the game recognized you took that path like other games that do it do, resulting in different dialogues and maybe even change how some story things happen, for better or worse.
