<<<<<<<<<<(0)>>>>>>>>>> I'll go straight to MP, before starting the SP Campaign. If it works and is similar to ME3MP, then I can "cheat" in the main Campaign. My theory says that I get to see what the enemies will look like, their weapons and armours and how they fight. Plus I learn about my weapons and techniques to kill them. When I start the SP Campaign... I have a leg up. Any thoughts on this? I'd say you'd be better off the other way around. SP is easier than MP in most games, and new enemy types are often introduced 1 by 1 in SP to teach you how to fight them. MP usually just throws everything it's got at you right from the beginning, assuming you're already done the SP and know what's what. Besides, if the MP is as addictive as ME3MP you might never manage to stop playing it long enough to finish the SP once you start. Exactly this. If you tried a theoretical ME2 mp first, youd be screwed against Eclipse.

My opinion of MA will depend largely on the multiplayer. If MA:MP gets bad reviews from the getgo, it'll be a long while before I even buy MA. I suppose I've been utterly spoiled by ME3:MP, but it's too late now.

I would like to see ME3's MP evolved and polished. More gamemodes than "wave defense." More objectives, more maps, more everything. I would like something akin to Halo 4's Spartan OPs as well. I want bases you need to take. I want bases you are to defend. I want variety in my MP experience to keep me hooked.

For me, movement and combat are better in ME3MP with Unreal than DAIMP with Frostbite. (PC) I hope that MEA takes after the former rather than the latter, even if it's using FB like DAI.

i expect it'll be as good as the last, since it's montreal. Unless they bring this open world design to MP as well. Then it'll suck.

Lag, stunlock, and sync kills. Gotta love them magnetic finger pulls of the Banshees. XD Ah to many funny deaths before they kind of fixed later.

In both ME and DA I became a FAR better SP player after playing Multi. Because MP is all about combat you really learn what abilities are good and which re great for you. My 1st play thoruhg of DA I had real problems with some opponents, 2nd play through after lots of mp play and it was no problem.

"Lag, stunlock, and sync kills."
lag we can do without but some form of stun lock and sync kills is a good thing imo. It's the only thing that stops the vet player from having a total cake walk every game. No matter what you still have to respect some opponents and not make a silly mistake.

I loved the ME3MP, and I'm a fan of this co-operative multiplayer gameplay, personally I think that's what made ME3MP unique. It says a lot that people are still playing it years later (me included). I hope the new version is setup in a similar fashion, with more character customisation and more varied mission tasks that promote team work. The on-host/off-host issue, I didn't really understand why some weapons were better on host than off, they should behave the same either way. Maybe a tweak to RNG online store, so that it doesn't take thousands of hours to max your weapons or maybe even a way to trade weapons/gear with your friends.

I expect gamebreaking glitches that make certain classes borderline unplayable (looking at you, off host Vanguards) then a band aid patch comes a few months later fixing the issue because releasing broken content with obligatory patches on a later date seems to be the standard in the gaming industry.
