Why not a global release? why does Europe always get fucked with this. It's always been like this with games. At least e whave an official date now so I suppose we can' tcomplain too much. I just look forward to playing it when I can I'm not goingg to moan too loudly that the US gets it first because there aer times when we get games before the US do as well like the Formula 1 games or something so it can and does work both ways really |

If I recall correctly, usually games go gold around three weeks before release, since it takes about three weeks for the games to be certified, made into downloads or discs, and sent to retailers. So two and a half months then? Still plenty of time for polish. Hell just look at some of the behind the scenes stuff for Return of the King to know how hard someone can be pushed before something is supposed to be released to make changes...not that I want them to work that hard Jackson was a bit of a lunatic.  |

Yeah 3 weeks to a month usually at least here in the UK with game developers here. So end opf Feb beginning of March it'll go gold |

On one hand, I'm chuffed I'll get it on March 23rd. On the other hand, I'm cheesed off I have to wait two days later than those in North America. Is it impossible to release it at the same time? EA doesn't mind VPN usage to bypass release date checks, so if you pre-order the game for PC on Origin, you should be able to play on the 21st. |
