I dont care about spoilers for the most part. It all depends on the medium i guess. When it comes to books im interested in reading i want to know nothing. For TV-shows or movies im okay with text spoilers but avoid clips like the plague (Never watch trailers for example). With games im okay with everything i can find out online but will not play any early access or demos.

Spoilers can also improve my eventual playing experience. I remember practically living in the "ME3 Spoilers"-thread on BSN prime. (Dont know if i posted anything but i was sure as hell lurking.) The information on the endings from that one guy who broke his NDA actually made the experience much more bearable. If you know a punch in the gut is coming you can dodge it and avoid the pain. ^ ^

(Btw, are we going to get a "Spoilers"-thread for Andromeda when were closer to release? Iirc there wasnt one for Inquisition and the ME3 one was some of the most fun i had that year. Speaking of, i cant believe its been 5 years already. I completely forgot how emotionally invested i am in this series.

I'm already somewhat dark. I have been picking and choosing what I read now about ME:A for almost a month now and I'll probably continue that way right up to release... not completely dark, just very selective. I can generally anticipate if a post or thread is leading to a real spoiler and just stop reading it (even without an actual spoiler tag on it). Most of the discussions so far has been pretty speculative more than anything. i have stopped reading the twitter thread entirely; and would have prefered it if the Hrungr could have kept up the twitter archive thread, so a person could navigate through just the tweets without having to sift through the discussion.

I do succumb to looking in on the main character thread, just to see the character names as they're revealed and the photos of the VA's as they get added. So far, the details mentioned on that thread are well within my tolerance level for "spoilers." Kudos to the person/people maintaining that thread.

Regardless, I will continue viewing Bioware's training videos... I want my helmet.

What was it about the ME1 trailer they spoiled about Saren?

"We got a rogue spectre, it's Saren he's allied to the geth....", someting like that. I know Sarens cover is blown early anyway but Í would prefer that to come as a surprise anyway. Like archangel for instance was for me.

I'll likely go dark on the release date so as to not be spoiled by anyone here until the game becomes available to me and have had a chance to do a run of it myself but until then I want to keep an eye on things for details on how the powers work and things. With 70 days to go, I'm going dark for Andromeda. It might be considered early, but I want to keep the hype up, and I want to be surprised as possible! I know Aaryn promised us a 15 minute gameplay video, but I have enough faith that this game will be something I thoroughly enjoy!

I want to go dark because I was spoiled by DAI. I knew exactly who I was going to romance, and what race I was going to be in order to romance said character. Was fun, but wasn't as much fun as trying to find out if the person you're flirting with is actually available!

I don't want to risk plot spoilers. I don't care what Cora or Liam look like, I'll find out when I play the game! As for the multiplayer? I'll play the beta....but I am done with the teasing tweets and the answering questions, and the briefings.

I"ll be hanging out in the off-topic lobby if you need me! (Of course, I'll reply to this thread only....my only place in the MEA section I will grace!)

well you might but me and others who sat through their 5 year no fucking talk crap wants them to spit out the info oh wait it will be on you tube the week of March 21 anyway

Its only a matter of time til Bioware opens the flood gates and reveal planet names/details, all the squad members along with their race and sexual orientation, more indepth details about the plot, and a launch trailer with a lot of scenes detailing plot and character spoilers.
