I usually play an adept. Gimme a Phalanx and a Biotic Mod and I'm happy.

i really like pathfinder's setting but i REALLY don't like how focused on min/maxing the rules are. it's designed from the ground up by and for min/maxer's and autists. the rest of us normies have to play on crayon eater difficulty just to hit a target.

It really depends on the weapons. Almost certainly Sniper rifles the least, such a high cost of missing the headshot encourages me to play too slowly. Also for the health of my finger I don't really like weapons you have to hammer the mouse button as quickly as possible, although they can be fun for a MPer round or two. In saying that the Collector Sniper Rifle was one of my favorite weapons in ME3, so as I said first of all it really depends on the gun. Shotguns will probably be my most commonly used unless their weight interferes with power usage too much.

I voted for sniper rifle, since I have been hoping to play a dedicated sniper ever since this game was announced. On the other hand, with the changes to gameplay (aiming and what looks like a dizzy, frenetic pace), I will probably wind up equipping a "space hammer." I love blunt melee weapons, but I never imagined I would be able to wield one in Mass Effect.

I would like to play a "camping" sniper, but I don't expect the approach to be supported.

Same for me. A weapon of this type will most likely fill most of the roles I require. If this game has really big maps where an AR will have lots of damage dropoff, then I'll probably use a sniper rifle as a secondary weapon.

Eventually I'll wind up using every individual weapon extensively as I plan on playing a lot of multiplayer, but for my first playthrough I plan on using sniper rifles and pistols, unless I find a weapon in another classification that seems broken.

Here's to hoping that Bioware learned it's lesson about the Reegar in ME3 and it won't be pants-on-head retarded in terms of damage output this time around.

^This. I really, really loved grenades in the series. I tossed them like candy. There's something very gratifying about the instant explosion. I used the grenade launcher in ME2 and I favored the M37 Falcon in ME3. It wasn't ideal for every fight, but I enjoyed aiming at walls so a grenade would bounce into a room on the side and explode on whoever was hiding in there. If they have grenades of any kind in Andromeda, it's gonna be hard to resist.
