Was TIM involved in the Andromeda Initiative....?

Morning, all. When I first heard the name "Cora Harper", it didn't really mean anything to me- other than I liked how it sounded. Then I remembered that TIM's name was actually "Jack Harper"... And while it would be cool for the ME reference- I'm not sure I like the implications, if you take my meaning. In other words...I'd hate to get to really like her character, strive to play through a romance with her...only to find out that she betrayed me in the end because of her ties to Cerberus etc. That would be crushing. Then I'd feel almost obligated to get rid of her character (if that were even possible) a.s.a.p. so that I could be spared my pain and any memory of "I don't like this character anymore because he/she betrayed Sarah/Scott Ryder" and in a way I feel that that would ruin the story. It would be disappointing to really develop a liking for a character (for example, Tali or Liara) only to have them totally betray you.

What would you all do if, say, Liara or Tali betrayed Shepard in some cruel way? (just curious)
