OMG! Fellow Whovians. Love Capaldi and recently saw him in person at a con. He spoke with Jenna. I miss Clara. At first I didn't like her but she and the 12th got along so well that she grew on me.

Goddamn you Netflix. I had just started to watch any Doctor Who for the very 1st time..this was the one that started in 2005...with Billie Piper ( by the way, she is great in Penny Dreadful ) ....I was 6 episodes in and they pulled it off the site. I was dying laughing at that episode where the 4 foot trash compactor thing was the most powerful enemy in the entire universe. Sux, cuz I was liking it.

That's because he's also British. Scotland is (still) part of Britain. Edit: As it goes, David Tennant is also Scottish. He uses an English accent in Dr Who, but that's not his normal voice. |

One of the few shows I actually keep up on, and I've been going back and watching the old episodes as well lately but still only in the Hartnell era.
Tennant is still the best doctor though, followed by Capaldi.
They also need to bring John Barrowman back, because there's no such thing as too much Captain Jack Harkness.

Got accicted to him, but netflix over here (Germany) only offers from season 5 on. So i only know Matt Smith and Capaldi as The Doctor. I liked both, if i had to make a choice it would clearly be Capaldi. Felt sorry Clara left and i am waiting a) for the new season  the older seasons appearing on netflix. |
