It really depends which genes are going to be activated. A great deal of dark-skinned people across a lot of parts of the world has a white ancestor there somewhere - and there are likely a ton more people with mixed ancestry in world of ME.

And there's no fucking way to know about that while you're at the CC! You only see Alec after you're already ~15 mins into the game. Not to mention that those are the editable presets, it makes no sense to allow creation of the white siblings for the hard-locked black dad.

Now, don't get me wrong, it's not like I have a problem with the people of color, it's just a totally fucked up feature, that had already brought extra confusion and annoyance. It did not work well with DA2 (which had much more simple models), and there were no reasons to believe that it would work now, with FB, which has plenty of facial issues 'as is'.

No, actually google it instead of saying you did when you clearly did not. Darker skinned people in India, Middle East, Northern Africa, Southern Europe, Hispanics, Caucasus region etc are also all caucasian. Sure, there's no very light preset like default Scott/Sara, but that's a different thing.
