KotOR 1 is a better Star Wars story than any recent Star Wars movie. I've heard it has problems running on Windows 10 though, so run it on 7 if possible. Sorry but The Phantom Menace > KotOR |

Of course not. Im totally excited to laugh my ass off at the corny dialog, questionable VO Actors and horrible facial animations. The rest of the game is awesome so far so its still worth purchasing. That being said don't take my continuing support of Bioware as a sign that you can deliver sub par materials forever without a drop in respect. You're not getting game of the year from me this round and I do not consider this a masterpiece. Its just another good game at this point. I wait for the day where Bioware delivers a true masterpiece that i can be proud to have in my library.KotOR 1 is a better Star Wars story than any recent Star Wars movie. I can play KOTOR 1 on my phone these days so I probably won't bother trying to reinstall it from whatever system I had when it first came out. But it's available on Steam for $9.99 so it's possible it would work. |

I'm sure I'll buy it eventually. There's a lot that I've seen that I like about the game. The 'scored' reviews didn't influence my decision at all. Many were shallow and seemed to miss the forest for the trees. Lumberjacks.
The single player looks good enough for a couple playthroughs from the various youtube clips. Patches first will be nice. Maybe buy it in a month.
It would have been nice to be able to buy the MP as a standalone on release.

Canceled my order, theres no other way. As harsh as it might be they and other companies need good lessons like this, what happens if you put out unfinished or low quality products. Its not a bad game, but its yust not worth the money they are asking. Im gona pick it up later when the problems are fixed or price drops.
