Strike Teams - why they matter

My turian team just failed a bronze mission with 95% success rate...

Just got negative traits on 2 gold strike missions.

They were both low percentage of success so possibly that's what triggers it?

I'm on a luck streak, I used my new lvl 7 team on a gold with 5% chance just to get xp & some how them managed to win. 2 missions later team is lvl 12 & I send them on a 10% chance gold & yet again they win....

I would say only with MF,but might be mistaken.

I have not seen a list, but you can see the description in-game. Go to your strike team menu, directly on top you should see three emblems. Click on the emblem on the left with the figurines. You should see your strike teams listed on the left and the traits (positive and negative) listed on the right. Click on a strike team or press 'X' and a screen will appear listing the traits and what effectiveness they have on missions. This will NOT work if a strike team is on a mission.

What's annoying though is that there are far too few Bronze/Silver missions. I'm usually stuck with 3 Gold missions and a 10-15% chance of success. What's the point of sending your team on those, especially since you risk getting negative traits? Will clearing those Gold-missions out give you new Silver/Bronze?

Okay, a question, how long does it take to get new missions.
B/c I used the app a lot when at work and stuff, and now I'm down to 4 remaining missions. (I was stupid and bought a third strike team, so all 3 doing a mission right now) Non of those is one of the golden ones I can do myself in MP.
I learned just now, that I can do only the golden ones myself in MP.
Since the missions I do myself supposedly don't disappear from the list, I really should keep the golden ones until the very last minute in the future...

Edit for clarification: I mean the missions, with the little golden extra symbol, that I can do myself. Not the gold (hard) missions.

The strike team multiplayer missions don't always give you mission funds.

Like now I have done the "clear supply line" mission three times and still haven't got the reward. It's frustrating.

I have a lot of data to share which I'll get to later, but here's a tidbit courtesy of Reddit: you can see what your Strike Teams' traits actually mean... by looking at them in game. (NOT in the app. Inexplicably bad design there.) Go to Strike Teams in the in-game multiplayer menu, pick a team, then choose to view its details ('X' button on the Xbox). Note that you can only do this while the team is not on a mission. (Another bit of inexplicably bad design. Did they farm this out to the interns?)

Also I am nearly positive that the listed modifiers (the +10 for most positive traits) are NOT actually the listed amount. There's got to be some scaling factor at work. Which, BTW, drives me INSANE. It would be so much simpler to code and also easier for users to understand if the numbers actually meant what they say. Anyway I'll post proof of this later.
