I could spend an hour laying out the problems with this game, instead I will only touch on a couple of things that just piss me off.
Starting with the fact that there is very little content, bugs that couldn't have made it out of beta, if they had one, and a game that is barely playable, at least on PC, not to mention a support group that uses the same response no matter what the problem is. Like I said I could go on for an hour but Ill finish with one last item that's just offensive.
As a male Ryder, who is straight as the driven snow, I am totally offended by the way they are so intent on PUSHING gay relationships with crew and others, but they make it almost impossible to pursue a straight relationship with female characters in the game.....If you miss the window with Cora and others its all over, but they make it possible in every conversation with a male to pursue gay sex...wtf?
Bottom line, I have been a Bioware fanboi for years, have played pretty much everything they have done and loved it, until now...It is clear to me that the condition of this game is based on the fact that they have planned all along to put most of the content into DLC...just to make more money.. and I think we can expect the next DRAGON AGE to follow suit.
You lost me Bioware, I'm done...

That's a slightly ridiculous point. Unless the DLCs are each roughly thirty hours long they won't come close to being the majority of the content in this game. And since Bioware dlc is at most ten hours...they'd have to do something really uncharacteristic of them.

Never did I (or anyone else afaik) claim the game was perfect. You say " The second people stop constantly "complaining" is when everything will go downhill, FAST." That's not true. If people cease the pointless complaints about ME:A, the game will remain the game it is. And it's a decent game. Now on the other hand, if people offer actual constructive criticism, then maybe we will see some improvements. But complaining for the sake of complaining isn't doing anyone any favors. If you have possible solutions to issues then by-all-means, voice your opinion and share your solution. But creating a thread just to complain that you don't like the game...pointless. Keep in mind, this is a merged thread. The thread I originally responded to contained a link to two videos (the ME:A 2015 E3 announcement video; and the Hitler video everyone keeps regurgitating with different subcaptions). The post also had the words " spend 80 dollars on this game get excited by 2015 E3 Trailer in the first place." That's it...pointless complaining. Lastly, thanks for being so concerned with my well-being, but I don't need constant reminders that the game isn't perfect. I know the game isn't perfect. I still enjoy it. edit: Take a look at drugarth's post directly below mine. That's actual criticism and not just pointless complaining. You are free to go through my posts, unfortunately, I am dismissed as someone who dislikes/hates MEA, which is simply not true. It is just, I see problems with like each and every aspect and feature of MEA. If I had to sum up my review of MEA in one sentence: We got to play a pre-alpha version of a game. But hey, try me, name some feature and we will see what I have to say about it, maybe it is something I did not think about and my "everyhing" stance will change to "everything -1"  . |

Still dont get why we needed 4wd and the 6wd modes. They add nothing to the game except more annoyance. But then the entire game is chalk full with decisions like that. It's quite similar to real life 4wd vehicles. The Nomad can go a lot faster in 4wd, but slips on hills. Shifting to 6wd sends more power to the wheels for better traction, but you can't go as fast. It's worth noting also that even an electric motor can have variable torque, so I suppose the real question is whether or not it was a good idea to make the transition manual. |

You had more fun playing one game more then another...congratulations. At least it's a game that's objectively better - CT actually had branching paths - on an SNES game from the 90's. Hell - Chrono could die in the game and you could keep playing the game without him. It legitimately shits on Andromeda - whose legacy will be never ending memes for people to look back on. |
