The Kelly Chambers Thread

She could return in ME4. When Shepard is on the Citadel for whatever reason, he/she sees the former character known as Chambers, now going by the name Felicia Hannigan, helping with whatever. After a few lines of dialogue, Shepard uses the power of red/blue to convince Hannigan to come aboard the SR2.

Why do you like Kelly at all? I mean, really? I have dinner with Kelly only she could feed my fish, after that I just ignore her. In a way she irritates me even when she opens her mouth. In ME3 she kills herself if you yell at her as if Shep doesn't know about bugs (expensive ones are given back to Miranda, as Mordin said), as if Shep and others don't know that the whole ship is spying on them. Yeah, really surprise. Why apologize for that at all and then kill yourself? Is she so weak? A shrink who finally understood what Cerberus was kills herself after some stupid yelling from Shep. That makes no sense to me.
I really don't understand why this character is attractive? By what?
I see no usefulness from her, at all, I don't see how she uses her shrink education. Appearance? Manner of speech?
It's not an insult or something for people who like her, it's just me, not seeing for what this character can be likable (like I don't understand why poeple like Liara or Tali - I would get rid of them both in fact, with Tali it happens in ME2, Liara by default is on the ship and usually in Shep room for some, known, reasons).
Again, I am not insulting people who like Kelly. Maybe at least someone could, please, explain, for what they like Kelly?

That is why I would love for her to return in a ME4 Milk Way Mass Effect as a playable crew mate and having a Rewrite of ME3 to make sure that she and Rupert makes it thru events of ME3 while I do prefer her to join a New Player Character and let Shepard rest and having her as one of the main characters in a New Mass Effect Trilogy within the Milk Way galaxy.

Same!  That's when I had to track down one of those guides to tell you how to save her.

Just start another romance. There’s no conflict like with other LIs. As long as your happy, even if it’s with someone else, she’s happy for you.
As for avoiding her dying in ME3, don’t be mean to her about reporting to TIM about you in ME2 and tell her to change her identity. That stops her from committing suicide and being killed by Cerberus respectively.

What in tarnation is that Karen hair? Good Lord, shave it off.

Enough people are reacting that wanting her face changed back to her ME2 self or at least look closer to her old self that we have news stories now.

Hopefully it will eventually be enough for Bioware to patch it.

The original ME2 Kelly does make an appearance in MELE. It’s just as the photo she gives you if you romance her in ME3. Her saying “It’s back from when we first met.” is a lot more powerful now.

I saved Kelly in ME2 and saw her with refugee's in ME3. Then after the Citadel attack I hear refugee's mentioning that Kelly got killed by Cerberus thug. Does this happen all the time? Does she die no matter what? Or is the picture themikefest posted above what becomes of her?
