In my last playthrough of ME3 which I finished 3 days ago. I was able to save Kelly by telling her to change her identity like Mike said. On a lesser note I was also able to keep my fish alive all throughout ME2 and ME3. Of course that wouldn't have been possible in ME3 if Kelly didn't keep my fish for safety while Shepard was imprisoned.

I don’t think Cerberus staged the Batarian takeover, since it sounds like it lasted a little while, but I can definitely see Cerberus only getting involved to recruit her.

Met Kelly again in ME3 where she mentions she is helping people there using her education.

How does Kelly help refugees in ME3 using her psycology knowledge? Any evidence, results, testimony?

According to Kelly's words she makes a difference there, that knowledge helps other people.

Is it from the category "ignored things" since ew can hear the whole story in the hospital about Jeff's sister and watching that doctor at work for example.

How does Kelly work as psychologist I wonder.

I asked about evidence and results of Kelly's work, not the description from someone who says how usually someone does something.
It seems there is nothing but her words.

You, as a person presumably knowing the game more or less, responded to the post; it confirmed the original post that resulted in the next post - no evidence.
Nothing is dismissed here. Hearing someone is helping people using talents and knowledge is not the same as seeing the results of the work.
