Rarely in life can one have his cake and eat it too. Not that any of those particular DLC types is "bad," but I'd prefer a focus on story myself. Ideally, I'd like something the size of Awakening. Sadly, I think the days of BioWare doing expansions is long gone.

Definitely story-based and main plot. Additionally, I would like to: Find the Quarian Ark...which could further the Kett plot and obtain a glimpse into their empire. Perhaps requiring exploration beyond the Heleus cluster. Also, exalted Elcor, Hanar, Drell...enemies to fight.
Cure mom.
Delve more into the ramifications of SAM, pros and cons, and the conflict between transhumanism and neo-Luddism that is sure to arise.

I'm not sure about exaltation on some of those species as I don't know what the benefit would be. Honestly, I'd rather the kett have nothing to do with that subplot at all, given the entire base game was dedicated to them and the Archon. I'd prefer some variety. Also, nice profile pic. Yuno is an amazing character. We need someone like her on the Pathfinder team!

As much as I love the new combat system, I feel it needs greater variety of enemies to fight. Since reusing assets is the easiest and fastest way to implement such, exaltation seems like the logical choice. The exalted Krogan bring new and interesting challenges. And Yuno is awesome. Best psycho stalker girlfriend ever.

New types of remnant forces and new types of kett would probably go a long way to provide different types of encounters. Behemoths are more of a sponge than a challenge, in my opinion. At least on insanity, I just keep my distance and hit them with lead until they drop. I would love to have a romance option like Yuno in a BioWare game. Just imagine all the possible storytelling BioWare could do with a character like that!

I was actually thinking the Hanar could be quite scary...put some blades on their tentacles and when they get close to you they'd kind of do a spinning melee attack that does massive damage...or maybe they just latch on, wrap you up, and immobilize you while other Kett continue to fire until you're able to break free. Hell, maybe have both capabilities.

I'd like a DLC like Jaws of Hakkon, in Andromeda could be an entire new planet to explore and quests in. And I'd like a DLC like Trespassers, it's a gorgeous DLC with a great story. And I'd like a DLC like Kasumi in ME2, great companion, great companion quest.

I'm sure, that if there will be any DLC related to missing Quarians Ark , our friends like Reapers or Cerberus could be involved somehow, especially if delayed Quarian Ark left Milky Way at the time when Reapers attacked.

As much as I like DLC's that preferably extend on a main story - I'm also a huge fan of more aesthetic types DLC's such as outfits and hairstyles. So either type would be fine with me.

A little of everything tbh. Maybe one relating to Mum, One relating to the Quarian ark those would be my top 2 and maybe one to deal with that Primus guy at the end. Which will hopefully be the trespaser type onw which will hopefully lead to what comes next in MEA2 assuming there is an MEA2 that is.

How about one where you wake up and realize that Andromeda was just a nightmare and as Shepard, you head out to the strip to meet up with Garrus.

Sounds like you are more interested in "quality of life" improvements rather than tangible additions of content to the game. Not sure any of your ideas would likely happen in the form of paid DLC as there is no precedent for it. Yes and No,if you read it again,i said those quality of life improvements would effect the overall branching story lines, real consequences. Video games need to move away from the hand holding and deal people real consequences, you screw up and people die kind of decisions. yeah but they did that befoer in the trilogy I think they wanted to get away from all the high stakes if you fail someone dies kind of thing in this game which I think they succeeded in really. The game had a lighter tone and it was a nicer tone and generally I think I'd prefer it if they kept it this way for the DLC as well.

And I'd like a DLC like Kasumi in ME2, great companion, great companion quest. Yes, Absolutely! I'm betting they have a lot of unused assets, worlds, etc. that can be spiffed up and used as DLC. Would love more places to explore like Jaws of Hakkon did, for sure. Maybe a compromise would be smaller areas like Havarl, but 4 of them or so for some variety? Of course, more story with impact (but not the cliffhanger ending!) of Trespasser. And a new companion would be a great bonus.

I'm sure, that if there will be any DLC related to missing Quarians Ark , our friends like Reapers or Cerberus could be involved somehow, especially if delayed Quarian Ark left Milky Way at the time when Reapers attacked. I'm under the impression one of those groups is definitely involved. How about one where you wake up and realize that Andromeda was just a nightmare and as Shepard, you head out to the strip to meet up with Garrus. That ship has sailed, bud. There's no going back now. I'd like a DLC like Jaws of Hakkon, in Andromeda could be an entire new planet to explore and quests in. And I'd like a DLC like Trespassers, it's a gorgeous DLC with a great story. It teased the next location for a future game. Other than that, the ending was rather definitive and complete. It's not as if the final moments of the game were happening and the screen just went black, not letting us know if someone lived or died.

I don't care so long as I get more Reyes Vidal and romance, along with a DLC exploring more of the story. There's plenty of interesting things that can be explored outside of the main story. I'm still bitter about Trespasser being the actual ending and not Corypheus (although the whole game is not over for me yet by a long way, I mean it kind of only just got started with Solas' reveal but that's a different thread).

Well, the DLC I would love to see the most would be something like ME3s Citadel DLC to be honest. A DLC where we can spend lots of time with our crew. Definitely would like to see more story driven DLC with lots of cutscenes and dialogue options. A new planet with open eras and many minor sidequests (like Hakkon DLC for DAI) would be okay too, but more story driven DLC is prefered.

I'm still bitter about Trespasser being the actual ending and not Corypheus (although the whole game is not over for me yet by a long way, I mean it kind of only just got started with Solas' reveal but that's a different thread). I actually hated the DAI base game ending, so Trespasser was a pleasant and much needed surprise. It's definitely questionable locking the "real ending" behind paid DLC, but it's not as if BioWare hasn't done this practice before. Arrival is a crucial story beat between ME2 and ME3 that actually explains the beginning of ME3. Otherwise, the player is left confused and the explanation from Anderson about why Shepard is under house arrest (without Arrival) is less than satisfactory. The same can be said for the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC (Liara randomly becomes the Shadow Broker on her own), although it's not as crucial to the main plot. I'd rather BioWare Montreal save a Citadel-type DLC for the end of Ryder's story. I'd personally appreciate it more after having explored multiple games with the same squadmates. The impact wouldn't be as great as the Citadel DLC if BioWare is only building a fan service DLC based off of one game. Have you beaten the game yet? No. Keep playing the game. I think you may be pleasantly surprised by what you learn.

I really just want the dlc to provide end game content to enhance the story and mechanics that we already have in place. After beating almost all of the side content before I finished, it feels like Ryder and the gang our on an extended vacation. I want to have a reason to defend the new "home" at the end of the game and have that new home and the outposts be a big focus. There can be a story in place but I don't want it to be story only. I want reasons to back and visit the outposts or the huge open worlds already built. I want Ryder to continue his Kett Hunting with a new bounty system in place or random kett ships the search for in the galaxy map, land on them, and wipe them out ME1 style.
DLC should add to the mechanics and gameplay system firstly. It allows the devs the chance to have more freedom and enhance the current systems in place.
That being said, in the second DLC, I want it to be more story focused with the 5th ark. Whatever threat they are warning about comes into place after finishing the first dlc. But this dlc should still add new mission types to used throughout the vanilla game. A dlc is much better when it doesn't restrict the player from using its content just in the context of the dlc. It should be applicable throughout the rest of the game to enhance new play throughs.
