Seeing that some guns like the N7 Valkrie fire slow bullets. Slow enough that I could switch weapons and hit the target before more Valkyrie rounds do.
And the very, very, VERY lacking romance scenes for Vetra. Cora and Peebee and some great scenes, where's Vetra's?!
Oh, no medi-gel!!!!

The Krogan. They're so tiny! First time I saw Kesh I did a double take, I thought she must have been clipping through the floor. Yeah, this is annoying, since it's clearly not the intent, or lore-based. In cut scenes/pre-rendered scenes, Drack is huge. In normal play, he's a shorty. The same can often be said of Jaal. The inconsistent height is annoying.

Random news service bulletin on the tram in the Nexus mentioning not releasing the name of a deceased person until next of kin is notified...in the Milky Way. Its been 600 years since they left there, and a message to and from would take at least another thousand. This one gets me every time. If there was QEC connectivity to the Milky Way I'd expect that to play a much larger role...like...some sort of update on how things are going back there? Honestly I think it's something they might have intended to develop but ran out of time or something. This was a conscious writing choice. They'll likely address the MW in time. The lack of response from the Milky Way, when the AI checks in, is directly addressed in-game. It's kept quiet, so as to avoid yet another panic-induced event like the uprising.

The flow of information is not under control in Andromeda's narrative and it's not all just because a few plot flags aren't checked properly. Yup, things getting worse approaching end game. All the sudden everybody is crazy about meridian, then Jaarden and the hidden ark etc. I keep feeling BW just throwing new words to my Ryder without explanation.

There should have been a cut scene introducing the Architect. There is - I suspect the game relies on you fighting the one on Eos first though, and not Veold. AH! that explains it. Also I'm halfway or more through a 2nd playthrough (yeah, I know I've been laid up after major surgery so time on my hands) ANYWAY I didn't even know until just now that there even WAS an Architect on EOS. I had to look it up. I have spoken to that scientist but she never said anything about seismic activity. I guess I'll go back and see if she has any thing else to say. Having said that, there should be a cutscene on your first encounter with one. It shouldn't be tied to EOS. I mean you leave Eos and do 5 billion other things and when you come back what with all the stupid little side quests it would be easy to skip talking to some random NPC.

If you're talking about in the first mission, cypherj, in the first instance there was a crack, and in the second instance the entire visor had been blown away leaving nothing to repair. No, I took a screenshot of the first part, and a chunk of the visor is missing, it wasn't just a crack. If I were at at home I would post it. But I just let it go. I just couldn't understand why even put the first scene in knowing what you were going to do later. Plus, if you go to the codex for ME1 or remember ME1, you just slapped omnigel on anything and used your omnitool to tell it what to do and it would do that. The Mako could be on fire and the gun doesn't work, then you slap a ton of gel on and it makes the gun work, tires turn, replaces plating, puts out fires, etc. Solves annoying puzzles. It literally does whatever you tell it to do.

Its smaller stuff in the writing and lore that just keeps driving me nuts.
Turians aren't militaristic. Every Krogan is basically friendly. Salarians are generally "off". Asari seem less pompous. A lot of the general interactions feeling like I'm missing half the dialogue.
Also, the alien animal life being the same everywhere. I saw someone say it was engineered that way but that just sucks as an excuse.

Cora's walk. I get it she acts like shes got a stick up her ass, she doesn't physically need one there. I think I found the reason why...she is using the Turian moveset. If you watch Vetra and other Turians...particularly female ones...they move like that.

The biggest (and loudest) WTF was when I realised there're space/alien Sudokus that I had to solve. I can solve them without looking at internet solutions, but they hold zero fun for me and I didn't appreciate the eyestrain either.
The other WTF moment was when Jaal discovered the origin of the Kett in the temple. I thought his voice actor was excellent, you could really hear his voice and heart breaking, but Ryder just went "I'm here. Tell me what to do" in a Sunday morning kinda voice or some insensitive words like that. That, plus the plastic expressionless face. Zero feels, zero emotions in a moment that could've been dramatised.

I was shooting them on sight before, I'll keep shooting them after that. Literally nothing changed from my or (I assume) Nexus perspective.

At the bar on Kadara with Drack, the man that comes over and pushes Ryder is identical to / so similar to Reyes that I thought it was him (until he spoke at least). Ah, but my favorite wtf moment happened during my new game+. Clicked H-047C for Vetra's loyalty mission, Kallo/ Suvi let me know "descent is green", and then I fell through the Tempest's floor, toward the planet's surface. I mean, saying "descent is green" was kind of a stretch, seeing as how I died.

On that note... and it actually was a WTF for me since I didn't spoil myself beforehand: The actual sex scene with Cora... I was like: Wat? That's what all the fuzz was about? There isn't even a nipple. I was kinda waiting for a round two when SAM interrupted... it was neither hot nor tasteful, it was just... Meh?

I think Bioware really likes the Asari for that...but apparently every other damn Asari is a clone.

all asari is the same and short. Liara was beautiful, Samara was Grand, but Asari here is meh.

So like, here I am, millions of light years away from Milky Way, exploring the ruins of an ancient civilization in a completely new galaxy. And when I open a container inside such ruins for loot, what do I get? Quarian machinery, lol, and The Quarians have not even reached Andromeda yet.

Or even Remnant. Unless I didn't interpret the scene correctly, it sounded like Peebee made up the term Remnant, but everybody refers to them as Remnant. Which is a big mistake too. In general there's a sense of placeholder to the naming conventions they use in this game. They also just say "LOOK IT'S AN ARCHITECT!" the first time you see one and you're like "I didn't know we knew what this was?". The flow of information is not under control in Andromeda's narrative and it's not all just because a few plot flags aren't checked properly. I got this too. Did you first encounter the Architect on Voeld as well? I think the Eos one is supposed to be your first Architect encounter, but you can't do it until the radiation levels go down. I had gone and completed almost all of Voeld before getting the message that the radiation on Eos had decreased, so I ended up fighting the Voeld Architect first, and the dialogue confused the hell out of me. When I finally fought the Eos one, it was so much easier than Voeld's because I wasn't worrying about freezing to death half the time! A solution would be to limit future Architect encounters until the Eos one is fought.
