What things have you noticed in-game that made you go "WTF?"

I'm sure the dead person's great-great-great-great-great-great grand-cousin will feel so much closure. Considering everyone the deceased knew back home in the Milky Way has long been dust and bones.

Also, why does Sara Ryder walk/run like shes been riding a horse for three weeks straight? Is she bowlegged? Has she been turning tricks on the Krogan colony?

I know what you mean, I was just making a joke. Also, Ryder's male face did not change at all from the cinematic reveal to now except minor cosmetics, and all the marketed trailers use in-game footage with post-FX added in a video editor.

As for the PeeBee animation-image thing from E3, one is a target render, The other is a finalized asset. Mass Effect 3 also looked more like Mass Effect 2 in 2011 when they hadn't recreated Shepard's model for that game to accommodate for the updated UE3 engine.

The target renders for Andromeda has much higher fidelity of meshes and lighting. Dragon Age Inquisition also had better graphical fidelity and different assets for Cassandra before it shipped.

the two kroga fighting, morda and jorgal strux, they barely touch eac other and they it's over, no musci, no action, wtf

and then, the krogan ritual, fighting three fiends, one korgan just stands and shoots and the other barely walks and shoots, that's it

and of course, all asari have the exact same face!

and the fight in the bar in Kadara, when the thug laughs at Ryder, his face is tired

Ryder and swuadmates have a white assault rifle in cutscenes, 
Ryder has the Chrarger smg or Ruzad, PB a pistol, Cora a shotgun, Drack Ruzad, Vetra Cyclone, etc

and some Nexus guards have no weapon

1a) That the twin rider (for me Sara)first are in coma a 3rd of the game, and when she wakes up and yes finalaly she can join, noooooooooope, she has to lay down and rest for another 3rd of the game, well she stood up by the cryo and then went back to lay down. They did the sis and brother thing in DA2, but at least you got some feel of your sibling. But they should have made her a full crew member or we had to do some missions with her like Witcher 3.
1b) But biggest wtf was she is a wake hurry hurry, dont even talk to your freindly pathfinders run run...And bummer she wents back to sleep.

2) So many with Curtis Holt hair, from Arrow, (Liam hair) on both colored and non, why?

3) The movie night wtf,after I got all that extra stuff, Ryder was not invited....?

4) Nexus bug, that is the most WTF, go past the orange guy, DC... Or when you think its over, land and go past the rifle guard DC...not funny...

5) Bugs me no romances between the crew at all.,

6) And with a same size ship as Normandy 2, 4 crew beds and one Captains class suit, with all that space on this ship, you make most of it as corridors, and one big huge homungus meeting room. The video conversations should have been in the cpt.cabin, and made more crew space in the rest of the ship.

7) When talking about the ship, so much stuff just laying around in a moving vessel, that has FTL, one helmet, or one lose thing would made this ship like a cheeze full of holes.

8) found one more, the helmet thing, I tried to stay true to have helmet on when it need be, and of when in station etc. Would love a better way to change helmet.

9) This is probably the biggest WTF, press M = map, go back esc, esc, esc what??? the F is that?

This one gets me every time.

If there was QEC connectivity to the Milky Way I'd expect that to play a much larger role...like...some sort of update on how things are going back there?

Honestly I think it's something they might have intended to develop but ran out of time or something.

Another news message says that they have been unable to establish contact with the Milky Way.

Ah, that explains everything. Instead of hiring a professional, which can shield half a dreadnought, Shepard let his/her lust for geek girls loose instead. And paid for it with life. Lesson learned.
