Maybe, but he is not wrong. If we are going to have ugly people in the game why not fat people too? The codex in the original trilogy mentions how the prevalence of gene therapy among humans has eliminated obesity. Pretty sure Pearl won the argument right here. BOOM. Fact from the codex. It's lore, people. You can't fight that. As far as I'm concerned, the thread should have ended with Pearl's statement. Also, Anderson isn't fat. He's all muscle under there. Like Fisk from the Spiderman series, but not a freaking cartoon.

'Cus running on a treadmill was part of the Initiative's screening process So for ppl like scientists it was also mandatory to get athletic? Sorry but there are doesns of resons that would invalidate that statement. The only reason why ppl of different complexion are not presented in the game is because BW was lazy and thought it was ok to simply dismiss them as insignificant for inclusion. Clearly having gays and especially trans as well as pondering to feminists and spending time to uglyfy female characters are much-much more important than having people of different body complexions. So much selective diversity that it stinks of bigotry...

I actually think nobody knows what all those words mean anymore. *shrugs*

Out of curiosity does anyone really have an issue with the idea of more variations in meshes? Not in soldiers/active people obviously but a fat shopkeeper or a really skinny tech or something? Or is this thread just to score points before quietly segueing into a circle jerk? They used this to great effect in the witcher 1 where a lot of the peasants and farmers were fat fucks with stinky clothes and low moral standards. I like it when games play on things like that even if it's at other's expense; even if it were at my expense.

You can search for it yourself, sorry but I am not going to indulge you in your asshattery. There are clearly ppl of varied body proportions in OT, that's an undeniable fact, so what you doing right now is essentially trolling.

Maybe, but he is not wrong. If we are going to have ugly people in the game why not fat people too? Cos every unit of mass counts when you want to accelerate it to another galaxy. Simple cost consideration. Don't need to strap extra fuel for overweight when you don't need to - people can still get fat when they have arrived and live happy in der Shire.

I am thoroughly offended at how callously BW treats their weight challenged fans. So its fine to be ugly but if you don't have the body of an Olympic athlete then GTFO. Such a sad day for everyone...

I mean there is a Quarian ark with other species. How are they going to fit the Elcor into stasis?
other than that because you just design one size fits all when it comes to human bodies. Every game with 100/1000's of NPC's does this. Anything else?

so what you doing right now is essentially trolling. Wait, what? The whole point of this thread was not to mock the whole 'X is not represented the way I want, so bioware hates X'-mentality? We're really trying to get Honey Bubu into our Mass Effect? Please tell me I'm wrong. Sarcasm in English sometimes eludes me...

If all the female characters are going to have 'not attractive' faces forced on us why should they be walking around with porn star bodies? At least throw a little cellulite or some stretch marks on Cora's ass.

Instead of taking the sarcasm as it was meant to be and learning from their mistakes they are likely to just double down and make everyone overweight and even uglier next time.
