Ok am I the only person that freezes everytime I leave Citadel. I literally can't just "alt-tab" my way out I have to restart my computer like 4 times already and it mostly happens when I leave Citadel to Normandy and when I open a quick save or any save in that matter. I dunno why its doing that. Maybe I have too many mods installed?

Hard to say. With so many mods installed it's not unlikely that there's conflict. I'd suggest, and I know it'll be tedious, removing them all. Then put them in one-by-one, testing the game as you go, until you find the offending mod.

Well thankfully this is a testing playthrough run. Even though I do wanna keep going to finish the series. I'm gonna just have to deal with it. In my next playthrough run I will test out each mod at a time to see what is the offending one.

Late reply, but maybe someone else also ran into this problem. It may be a pathing issue (as in enemies keep blocking themselves on walls or cover and try to shoot through them. This may explain why AoE powers arent' working, like Pull). Loading an autosave is a good option here. But since you've said that this has been for the past two days, usually this happens when your crosshair(or your companion's for that matter) are aiming at the enemy. So, s/he sticks to cover until it's all clear. That's all I can think of, anyways. But try aiming Pull with the right angles,if your Shepard has the ability. In ME3, Concussive Shot also travels the same way as pull. But, if you don't have it as a power, only your companions, you can't shoot them like that and you may need to go with the M-77 Missile Launcher, or, since that doesn't work for you, the Cain. Well it only happened a few times again after that, and when it did I indeed reloaded the latest quick save. Also I had not thought of my companions being a influence in a case like this. Should ... or better yet once it happens again I will see if I can get a better angle and place my companions where they have no line of sight. Thank you MegaIllusiveMan. You're welcome! I am gonna start the game all over. For some reason I'm not getting that private terminal Citadel shore leave message from Hackett which is odd. I must've done something wrong in how I do the missions. I need to do the missions in the right order. I knew it was gonna bite me somehow. But yea thankfully it was a testing run. Just only a few hiccups like freezes and a couple of crashes but nothing too annoying. Well maybe a lil.

SPOILER ALERT FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T PLAYED THE GAME. (well majority of you who are in this forum have lol, but still....)
I do have both EGM and CEM installed. I heard that getting the Citadel Shore Leave Priority message you have to finish the Priority: Citadel where Cerberus attacks first then go back to the Normandy and look at the Private terminal message to see Hacketts message. I hope that still applies with the two mods I have installed. I also have to make sure some of these side missions are done at a certain time before the Tuchanka mission as well. I messed up on that one. I hope in this second run that I would do things right and make sure that the missions are finished in time and that I immediately check my message after I conversate with both Hackett and Anderson about the Cerberus attack on Citadel.

Ok I just finished the The Citadel mission where Cerberus attacked. I still didn't get Citadel Shore Leave message from Hackett. I think I need to ask the mod other of EGM or CEM to see whats going on and why am I not getting the message for shore leave yet. I have completed the side missions in the right order. Was I suppose to do Leviathan and Eden Prime missions before Citadel mission? Honestly I'm kinda confused at this point. EDIT: Hey KrrKs I just realized that EGM has an "EGM_Settings" txt file that lets you set the mission timings. I just changed them but i dunno if it will work. I will have to try.

I encountered a very frustrating and gamebreaking bug in ME3 yesterday. I play on XB1, backwards compatability, and whenever I launch the game it will get to the main menu, connect to the EA servers, check my save data and downloadable content, be fine for two seconds before it freezes. There is a very similar bug where it won't move past checking DLC but it's not that. The "Checking downloadable content" message disappears as normal, then the game completely freezes, everything on the screen stops moving and there is a loud buzzing sound. I've been to Xbox and EA support and tried every possible solution offered, things like: doing a hard reset, deleting save data, restoring my profile, reinstalling the game, resetting my xbox, restoring factory settings, etc. EA support basically said I'm out of luck. However, while trying out different options I found that if I start the game offline and let it check my saves and DLC it will play without freezing, and I am even able to get back online. But this is only an inconvenient workaround. Also whenever I accept a game invite from someone, it takes me back to the main menu (which I've always found absurd), meaning it checks my DLC making it freeze again. Other things worth noting: if I start the game offline, and disable automatic connect to EA servers (which I usually have enabled) then restart the game online, that's when I get the similar problem mentioned earlier where it doesn't freeze but stays stuck at the "Checking downloadable content" message. Also it won't freeze, on or offline, if I uninstall all the DLC or if I use a different profile. When I reinstall the DLC, that's when it freezes upon completing the checks which leads me to believe the problem is something to do with my connection to the EA servers during the checks. I'm glad I can still play the game but I desperately want to fix the problem and not work around it.
EDIT: I did a bit more searching and apparently it is caused by the Retaliation DLC. I uninstalled Retaliation while leaving everything else, started the game and sure enough it didn't freeze. I installed it with the game still running and it still didn't freeze. Quit, restarted, and it's still freezing. I think I know the exact cause of the problem now, but old threads I'm looking say there is literally nothing you can do and just hope it fixes itself eventually. Still hope there is a solution though.

Three major things in ME3 specifically bug me. 1: The infamous Bug-Eyes you get from having either Recon Hood or Death Mask on while using "Helmets off in Conversation" mode. Example in spoilers to spare the children. 2: The cutscene where the Normandy enters the battle over Palaven has no music for me on the 360/1X BC, which I sort of assumed was supposed to be like that until I saw a video on Youtube. 3: The cutscene leading up to the final mission on Earth following the tanks have no sound for the weapons being fired for some odd reason.

I don't think Miranda switching to her default white and black outfit during the romance scene in ME2 should be listed as a bug. From what I've observed through many playthroughs of the trilogy, the "we'll bang, ok?" scenes are stock scenes that use your companion's default asset by design. I don't think they were ever meant to represent the companion in an alternative outfit, and my guess is because it's entirely possible that not all outfit options are available for any single possible love interest at the time of the "we'll bang, ok?" event. So they designed it purposely to use the default asset, lest they'd have to script the scenes numerous times for every possible outfit variation. Remember, those are video cutscenes that do not use the actual inworld combat NPC asset, so it's not a simple palette swap.

If your problem persists after that, and only consists of the Normandy not completely loading when exiting the war room, you could try something else.
Open the console (via tab) and enter
at biop_nor That loads the current character into the CiC.
Though don't overwrite any previous savegames after doing this. If the cause of the problem was the game not correctly reading a mod, or a mod incompatibility you will end up with the same problem again, but with the possibility of an incoherent savegame. Even though at first glance everything might seem fine.

KrrKs, I tried both suggestions and neither fixed the issue. And this ONLY happens with the return to the ship at the end of the every last Leviathan mission. It's so strange EVERYTHING else in the game... works just fine. Every other DLC or Mod I have works as expected. IF I had to guess I would think it might be the MEHEM, since the one play through I did where this did NOT happen, I hadn't yet installed it when I completed the Leviathan DLC. Otherwise I really can't figure out why this is happening. As the other post I linked notes I have the exact same thing happening they did, only they say they.. had to redo a controller patch … only I don't HAVE a controller anything. At this point I'd be perfectly willing to edit a save to make the mission auto complete without doing that very last mission but haven't been able to figure that one....I DID figure how to get it to be marked inactive in the log list but not how to get it to be actually complete.
I really appreciate you trying to help though! No one else has.

I'd check again if some of your mods may require compatibility patches or different versions to work in tandem with MEHEM or other mods (or Leviathan - if you did not have that DLC the last time).
The only other thing i can propose is to disable* on mod after the other, until you find the culprit. When you know which mod causes this error, you can try to ask the respective author(s) for help.
*Simply renaming the mod folder in Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC\ from DLC_<Modname> to off_DLC_<Modname> (or anything else that is not DLC_ something) does the trick.

For the first time, ME didn't flag The Fan as completed and now in ME2, there is no Conrad Verner. I need this derp in my games. Can gibbed fix it? Or any workarounds beyond replaying the entirety of ME?

Had a weird bug yesterday (on ps4, ME3), fortunately I had a prior save that I could re-load.
But the system crashed while I was loading a mission (rescue General Koris on Rannoch, before the final Rannoch mission) and when I reloaded, my level 48 Vanguard Shep had somehow magically been transformed into a level 1 Soldier Shep. Re-starting the mission didn't get rid of it, only loading a slightly older save (only lost 1 mission of progress, the Geth Server mission).

I run in a Bug in my last playtrough of ME3. I have done all three Quests for Aria to recruit the BlueSuns, Bloodpack and Eclipse but i get only 150 EMS instead of 200 out of it. And i think in the EMS Text the BlueSuns are missing.
Edit: It only happend in one playtrough. In all other playtrough it was fine. I don´t know what has caused the bug in that one playthrough

One I just encountered in ME3LE: I'm trying to play as a Sentinel without Tech Armor. After re-allocating my powers on the Normandy, I go to Menae and Shepard still has Tech Armor on their character model despite me removing all points from it.
