We need cut EA and Bioware some slack

You know again this game reminds me So much of DA 2. In its reception and quality. Both are truly great games buried under a lot of layers of crap...just MEAs flaws are easily fixible as evidenced by plot 1.05. But Biowares two most unique and human stories get widely panned for...well a lot of things tbh...a game where they took a lot of risks and did a lot new...but don't worry if we get another game we'll get another world is ending plot where the Remnant builders turn out to be some evil super.force and we'll get Shepard 2.0 to save them. And some ridiculous final choice forced on us at the last minute.

You know, it's funny. This game reminded me of DA2 as well. Except, well opposite reasons. Both games have stories I don't like and don't care about. Both stories have forgettable companions (except Varric, ridiculous crossbow or not)DA2 had the stupid appearance retcons for the elves and the Qunari and the click happy combat. MEA hasn't changed the combat thankfully but has the stupid respawn that makes clearing encampments pointless. If MEA is the best Bioware is willing to do now, I honestly don't care if they make another game. Create a new intellectual property. Stop wrecking the old ones. And I can stop buying their games in good conscience. I'm feeling like Charlie Brown and Bioware EA is holding the football. And I keep buying and I end up regretting it.

I hate the retcon appearance for the elves. They look like freaking sticks. They did a good job with Solas's build, finally, but the elves, the female ones in particular, have limbs that look like they can barely support their bodies.

aaawwww...I love skinny elves!

They are fantasy characters afterall...maybe it's the Fade that keeps the elves walking upright. :rollseyes:
