Ryder too soft

It wasn't a  challenge.  It was a troll. Challenge requires someone to actually formulate full ideas and participate in the discussions. Someone being a punk with some one line smart ass comment does not equal challenge. It equals trolling. 

21 pages so far and it's still interesting to read. I honestly wonder if any of the feedback on this unofficial forums is even seen by anyone from Bioware.

In the Shepard vs Ryder discussion I sometimes feel that it was to easy with the blue/red choice dialogue. Just pick blue or red and Shep will be a badass one way or another. Maybe some of us just haven't learned to decipher the new wheel yet? I mean it is true that you cannot do whatever you want in every situation and you have to accept your crew stays on the Tempest but if you make the right choices you will get a very direct and forceful Ryder. Fryda has some real power in her voice when the situation warrants it. You will not get the psycho-killer though. On the other hand I tried to get science nerdy Shep but I never really succeeded.

You know, they might just be having fun playing a video game, and a character they like, right? Lighten up, go out and take a walk sometime, get some sun, there is a big world out there beyond your game controller.

And I am just stating MY opinion and sharing MY experience, people here may agree or disagree, right? If people feel insulted, then there is some truth to what was said. Just saying.

The thing is, I see the things they are saying, I just don't care about them. Ryder for me went from untested kid to respected and confident pathfinder over the course  of the game. That is what I wanted, and I got it. That she didn't turn into space Rambo, is just not a concern of mine.

YOu are with two other people in a room with a bulp. You are blindfolded and see nothing and you are tasked to say what color is the light bulp. One person says red, the other green.  One of them is red-green color blind. So what is it gonna be?

I do not care whether someone do see some of the lines as "unprofessional" or won't see them that way, I am not judging them. I can just tell you the light is green and I am not colorblind, the rest is up to you.

Depends on the intention if just hating for the reason of hate then yeah sure.

If like us you love the mass effect universe to the point you wish it was almost reality.😆

But are very offended by the offering of MEA because of x issue. Doesn't mean you hate the series now but you want to make sure it's not repeated again for MEA 2.

Take the issue of this thread and lack of choice or *badass* style. Regardless of your personal opinion, us here may see it as lacking or missing.

Hopefully voicing our dislikes can help guide future ideas towards a better system for the next game. Personally i have alot of issues with MEA that i hope to see changed in MEA 2. As in MEA has very little i would consider worthy of the Mass Effect name.

Sure but after a certain point it gets kind of "sad" for lack of a better word. I mean I'm sure this isn't the first topic or post regarding these issues. After awhile it just seems pathetic in my opinion. Like if I cry about it too maybe they'll listen!

You know what's really sad though is there are probably people still crying about DA2

Oh. I forgot to add that maybe there are people who don't see Ryder as soft or maybe they don't really care. It's your opinion that Ryder is soft. Not everyone agrees with you. And if they don't, doesn't make them ignorant or dumb
