I'm British and even i don't understand what Liam is talking about half the time. I mean words come out of his mouth and i hear them but they're in some weird order that don't make a lot of sense. I don't think it's the voice actor's fault either. I think it's just bad script writing.

Don't worry OP, when the talks dumb what he is saying is like garbage food for your mind, it's wasted computing power to sift through all that crap. When he wants to say something relevant, he usually translates it to actualy english, those are only times you should listen to him.

I had to resort to that with Jaal - not because I can't understand him but because he has the habit of standing half way across the map when you're talking to someone and any conversations on Voeld which involved comments from him became conversations with inexplicable pauses in them with a distant mumbling in the background.
